2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/Owner. This may be taken by pre-authorisation of your credit card or paid on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house was very clean and cosy with nice surroundig gardens. We enjoyed the lovely landscape and the friendlyness of the people living in the area. Our dog and our grandchild were very comfortable there. The sanitary installations could enjoy an update, as the shower and the bath are a bit out of the time.

Stayed Aug 27, 2022This was a perfect place to stay with children and family. We could all spread out and it was very useful being near enough to main roads for travelling about. The owner was very accommodating too. Slight improvements house just needs a little TLC to update. We fixed the shower head ourselves! Be good to have a pile of papers with local attractions nearby as internet sparse. No internet at house either which was a bit limiting.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great location. House needs work drains need sorting ( we had a guy there for 4 evenings ) while cooking / eating . I'm a coeliac and need to cook food seperatly. Defineatly need more oven dishes , utensils in kitchen. Also need bin collection no outdoor garden furniture either as stated on web site.

Stayed Jul 25, 2020Everything good except shower in ensuite needs new shower head. Very poor Internet signal at the house. No WiFi in house either. No outdoor furniture in back yard. Good central location for tourist attractions. Good Central heating. Very limited channels on TV. Good big dining room for family meals seating 8 people. Overall nice property with spacious bedrooms and living room.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The whole experience was fantastic. Booking through Trident was seamless and pain-free with excellent communications and follow-up and the house is perfect, well stocked and spotless. Highly recommended! Nothing comes to mind, it was great.
