1.Heating and Electricity:

This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.



2. Security Deposit:

A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.



3. Towels:

Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge. Please contact our Call Centre or the Property Manager to arrange (you will find the Property Manager's contact details at the Arrival Info document sent to you in the final payment confirmation).

    This was our 4 stay with VRBO and communication with the host was very poor. There were no instruction on how things worked. It was also the only place that did not have any coffee and god help you if you don’t know how a French press works. Thank God for YouTube. Which reminds me we never could get the WiFi to work. We will not be staying here again

    The home was not at all to our standard for clean. It smelled terrible upon arrival (like dog and stinky feet) and had not been thoroughly cleaned at all. We encountered stained bedding that smelled un-fresh. There were wet, dirty items left by the previous renters in the closet and a beer bottle full of cigarettes in the garden. We reached out to the property manager and she kindly replaced bedding and arranged for additional cleaning which was appreciated. However, aside from the issues of cleanliness, the home and furnishings were just not inviting. The house is dark and worn and did not feel welcoming or comfortable. We had just come from a beautiful home in County Clare that was impeccably clean and well-appointed and it was such a downgrade to have to stay at this property. Especially considering the exorbitant nightly fee. We were not at all happy with our choice of accommodations and would never stay here again nor recommend it to anyone.

    Apartment was is an excellent location, we were able to park the car on the street nearby. Communication was difficult on the day of arrival due to international cell coverage/phone problems but we managed. Everything was comfortable- but the double beds were quite small (used to American queen size beds). Would have liked a chest of drawers to put clothing in or a suitcase stand. Overall it worked fine for us and the location really can’t be beat.

    Location is perfect for walking to all the shops & pubs. Plenty of room at the house to spread out & one of the bathrooms is a gorgeous remodel! Highly recommend for your group.

    The town home was close to town center with only a short walk to the grocery, bus stop, and pubs. You would need a car, taxi, or bus to go to any of the attractions outside of the town limits. The kitchen is large enough for meal preparation and dinning. It is also right across the street from the Holy Stone in more of a residential area so noise from the pubs is not an issue.
