Stayed Nov 9, 2025The location was great such a short drive to the parks, grocery stores and anything else you would’ve needed. The house was in a very quiet neighborhood and most important, the host was absolutely fantastic. She made sure that we had everything we needed before we got there.

Stayed Oct 8, 2025This VRBO was far below cleanliness standards. Every room was filled with thick dust-on the walls, ceilings, air ducts, fixtures, etc, as if they’d not been cleaned in a year or longer. Every room had spiderwebs as well as live & dead spiders. We found dead dried up frogs thruout the entire home. There are bugs live as well as dead in every cabinet and drawer (kitchen & bathrooms) The walls, trim, blinds, cupboards, doors and tables are covered in sticky unknown stains. The walls around the toilets are especially dirty with feces and or old blood/vomit splatter (absolutely unacceptable) The garage (game room) was completely unusable due to the amount of cobwebs and bugs. The garage door seems to be cracked on one side letting wildlife in. Showers are in desperate need of bleach. Light bulbs were burnt out, Keurig in kitchen will not brew. Luckily a smaller off brand coffee maker sits next to it and brews 1 cup at a time.The smaller master bedroom hair dryer lit on fire and filled the place with smoke. One of the master beds (quilt & mattress cover) had large crusty yellow stain. Absolutely disgusting. The pool was not cleaned or maintained the 4 days we were here, nor did It look clean when we arrived.

Stayed Jun 15, 2025Nice place good communication with manager. Very nice pool. Needs handles to help people in and out. Same with spa and showers. Needs updating. Couch is unsittable—terribly uncomfortable. Other chairs just as bad.

Stayed Apr 6, 2025The owner had great communication the whole trip. The gated community is nice and quiet. There are stores and restaurants close as well as quick and easy access to the parks. The house is nice, lots of rooms and beds. The pool was a nice touch and clean. We were looking forward to the heated jacuzzi, but it only had jets and stays the same temp as the pool. Overall great property

Stayed Oct 13, 2024We stayed in mid October. The pool needs to be heated so it’s warm enough to swim, and needs to be paid before arriving so it has time to heat up. The host communicated well and was very responsive.

Stayed Oct 6, 2024This was our 10th year in a row to Disney. We usually stay on site but, after this trip, we'll probably only stay in homes. Having our own pool was so nice! The boys loved the game room. The location was great... super close to the parks, food, the outlet mall, grocery, etc. The owner was so easy to reach. Great communication. We plan to stay here again. 2 adults and 3 kiddos - 1, 7, 10 years old
