Here are a few kind words from previous guests at my other property:

“We had a great stay. House was comfortable, fun for the kids with the game room and bunk beds on the lower level, and fun even to play in the snow outside. Great value and location! Thank you” - Alexander

“We loved our stay at [the] house. Very large and cozy house. We stayed with one other family and had plenty of space to spread out. The house was convenient to Stratton and local area grocery stores and restaurants. Highly recommend it!” - Brian

“[Host] was very responsive and provided clear instruction. The place is spacious and was great for our group (4 adults and 4 children). The room downstairs with the bunk beds was great for children. We came for a ski trip and it`s a good location 10 min from Stratton and various restaurants.” - Sylvain

Our host was extremely responsive and kind. The house was professionally cleaned and well stocked. I'd say the downside is that house is generally old and showed its age. The wall to wall carpet was stained in lots of places, the corners and tight / hard to reach spots hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Particularly challenging considering it's a dog friendly house. One of the beds was broken upon arrival, so we used the mattress directly on the floor. Unfortunately , the fireplace was still not working.

Great central location for Stratton, we came up for the harvest festival and to just get away for the weekend. House had a perfect layout for provide both communal and private spaces for us and our adult children and spouses. Our host was excellent with quick communication and provided a great local guide to the businesses, stores, and eateries that made us feel like a local. Will definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our three night stay here. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, dinnerware, silverware, utensils, etc. Beds were very comfortable. Our only disappointment was that we couldn't have a fire in the fireplace as the chimney was in need of repairs. Hope to be back next year.
