Stayed Aug 22, 2025The Davis Chalet is a superb stay! Easy check in and out, and everything was well stocked with utensils etc. The property is well maintained inside and out, and the river access was fantastic for some low key down time exploring. We will definitely stay again!

Stayed Jul 16, 2025We were very pleased with the property. It was very spacious and plenty of room for our family. Log cabin beautiful with a wonderful stone fireplace. The backyard was great with the hot tub (where we spent time daily). There was also a firepit and hammock that we didn't use. It was very woodsy with a short walk down to the river. The house is centrally located to activities in the area.The hosts were wonderful and so responsive to every question we had. The best hosts we ever had!The kitchen was well stocked. Bring your own tupperware for leftover food. The listing was accurate. Bring your own wash rags, if you use them. It was a wonderful stay!

Stayed Jul 13, 2025I choose this homeBc of hot tub. My son was finishing a lax tournament and I thought that would be a nice treat. It was filthy. Host told me how to clean which I did for 2 days and it didn’t clear up. Also found pans with cooked on food back in the cabinet. Host said guests before me must have been a mess. The cleaner also came while we were there to bring paper towels that weren’t really needed.

Stayed Mar 21, 2025We really liked this unit for it's convenient location, just minutes to Sunday River. Our dog had a fantastic trip too playing in the large back yard and exploring the river behind the house. It was perfect for a quick ski weekend.

Stayed Feb 10, 2025We had a wonderful time on our quick trip up to Sunday River. This place is so close! The hot tub after a long day on the slopes was perfect! We also got to bring along our pup and she was comfortable during her stay as well! We had a great time!

Stayed Feb 18, 2024We had a great time staying at this chalet.. home was very clean, beds super comfy, over all set up was perfect for our needs- two couples with two teen boys. The location was perfect, close to Bethel downtown, and super close to mountain, so if you forget your gloves (speaking from experience) it's no trouble to run back down to get them and back in no time! Kitchen table perfect size for everyone to eat, and then play a long game of gin rummy! We will definitely be back!
