Comfortably seated on the south-facing terrace or by the wood-burning fireplace, you can enjoy an unobstructed 180° view facing south.
A cozy atmosphere, especially in the oldest part of the chalet, the living/dining room area. Our 120 m² chalet is quietly located, not overlooked, on the heights of Cornimont, yet easily accessible by car. You'll enjoy a stay that will allow you to disconnect from your daily routine. We have paid particular attention to the decoration. A garage is available, and additional parking is available on the private driveway.
In summer, you'll enjoy a large wooden terrace equipped with garden furniture and a second terrace with a table, chairs, and deckchairs; each is protected and south-facing by a pergola. A built-in barbecue allows you to prepare delicious grilled dishes.
On a 1,400 m² plot surrounded by forest and 75% wooded areas, the brand new private 8 m x 4 m in-ground swimming pool is yours to enjoy, and you'll enjoy complete privacy.

Our chalet features on the upper level:
A living room (TV, box, fiber optic Wi-Fi) and dining room with a wood-burning fireplace (wood provided) and a large bay window overlooking the mountain. A well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, and a large bedroom with a double bed (2 x 80 cm) with an electric remote control, a television, and a bay window (view of the mountain and its forest) with access to the wooden terrace and its armchairs. A gym mat is available under the bed.
On the lower level: two bedrooms (one double bed (2 x 90 cm) with a television in the first bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom), a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Direct access to the garage is possible.
