Chalet Manoe is an OVO Network property. With accommodation set over four floors, Chalet Manoe sleeps up to 12 (maximum 8 adults) in three double bedrooms and a fabulous children's room, with two sets of built-in bunk beds and two pull-out beds below.

The OVO Network team’s opinion -

Chalet Manoe is set in a beautifully tranquil location in Comburce, near Manigod, with incredible views over the Aravis valley. You'll definitely need a car to get around when you stay here, but you'll be rewarded with fabulous sunsets, dark skies for stargazing and total privacy.

It's just 4km to the pretty village of Manigod, but why would you want to leave the chalet when you've got a sunny, south-facing terrace, a sauna, hot tub and in summer (May to September), an outdoor swimming pool and sundeck

If you're visiting in winter, you'll be just a short drive from the pistes at Croix Fry. In summer, the surrounding mountains are criss-crossed with walking and cycling trails.

The chalet has a ski room, laundry room, a bathroom and the bunk room on the lower ground floor. You'll find a shower room and  three double bedrooms, one with an en suite shower room, on the next floor up. Above that is the bright and airy living area with a fully-equipped kitchen, a cosy seating area with a large sofa and chairs around a log fire, and a stylish fully-equipped kitchen.

Doors lead out on to the sunny balcony where you can enjoy an apero as you drink in the fabulous views. The spacious terrace is at the side of the chalet - it's a great place for a barbecue on a summer evening. Lazy days can be spent in the hot tub, the bubble sauna, or in the pool  - wherever you choose, you'll be surrounded by stunning panoramas.

There are steps up from the large parking area to the upper floors of the chalet, so Chalet Manor is not suitable for those with limited mobility. However, we think it's a great choice for two or three families with children who enjoy the great outdoors, mountain sports and peace and quiet.

If required, and requested in advance, a Fiat Panda 4x4 is available for you to borrow for groceries and luggage during winter. Please note that this car is only insured for round trips to the Town Hall parking lot. Please bear in mind that if the roads are snowy, it will be impossible for you to access the chalet without a 4x4 vehicle equipped with snow tyres and / or snow chains. The pool is available from mid-May to mid-September.



The owner requires a €1,000 damage and excess cleaning guarantee to be set up
before arrival. No funds are taken or blocked on your card. Your card details are securely held for
up to 14 days after departure. If no charge is required, they will be deleted.

    Great location. Very secluded, providing ultimate immersion and disconnection. The sauna and jacuzzi are excellent. The interior design is okay but could be improved.

    The chalet is an absolute dream – such a beautiful and magical place. The pool and jacuzzi were always perfectly clean and well maintained. Marine was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always available whenever we needed something. We would book this accommodation again without hesitation. Thank you for everything!

    Beautiful chalet in the middle of nowhere (it looks just like the pictures) with a bunch of great hikes nearby. The kitchen is very well equipped, and everything else was perfect too (only the sauna reached a maximum temperature of 65°C, but it may be fixed soon). The manager was super nice and helpful! A solid 10/10 stay, thanks for having us and see you again soon!

    Very well-equipped chalet in a stunning location. Personally, there were 7 of us, and I think if there were 12, the chalet would have been too small. The outside area is lovely with the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. It's a shame the jacuzzi wasn't working, but we made full use of the pool and sauna and really adored the views. The bathrooms are top quality and a pleasure to use, and the beds are really comfortable with lovely bed linen. Having two lounges was a real benefit.

    Beautiful mountainside location with great views. The last 600m are unpaved road. A suitable car is an advantage. Great house with super facilities. During our week we had a lot of flies in the house. The sauna reached a maximum of 65 degrees.
