Stayed Feb 16, 2025New house was perfect for two families with kids going to Sunday River. Plenty of space, owner was proactive on check-in, drive-way plowed from recent storm, and house came with games for the kids. Would stay again.

Stayed Dec 28, 2024My family enjoyed spending four nights at Gordon’s home in December. We sat out a ski day, because unfortunately it rained. BUT this is what really made us love the home even more. It’s spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Lots of family time was spent in front of the fireplace - the house has a wide collection of board games. We were pleasantly surprised that a hot tub was installed before our stay, so we made use of that - much needed after a long day on the slopes. The kitchen is stocked with practically new appliances, etc. If you’re someone who appreciates cleanliness and a nicely-furnished property, this is your gem. We will definitely book again when we’re back visiting Sunday River.

Stayed Dec 26, 2023House exceeds expectations. Conveniently close to downtown restaurants and a quick ride up the mountain to Sunday River ski resort. Gordon is very responsive and accommodating!

Stayed Jan 7, 2023There was little communication after making a deposit and I did not learn the location of the rental until a few weeks before the rental week. Directions to the house were good. It was very clean and had plenty of space for three adults and three children. There were great views from the house.
