Stayed Dec 24, 2025Our extended family had a fabulous Christmas in the chalet. There was plenty of room for seven people. The Christmas decorations were gorgeous and everything was very clean. We loved the hot tub! We found it quiet and private. It was fairly convenient to get to the ski hill. Whenever we had questions or needed something, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again. Thank you for the attention to details.

Stayed Dec 30, 2024We spent 4 very enjoyable days staying at the Chalet at Swan Lake. Our group ranged from a two year old, through to early 80 year old grandparents. A total of 10 people.The Chalet is big with plenty of space for all the family, bedrooms were large and comfortable. My only comment is that there is really only one bathroom to share for guests in 4 of the rooms, and a bathroom within the largest upstairs bedroom.This wasn't a big deal for us as we shared the upstairs bathroom with our children, leaving the downstairs one for the remaining family members.The kitchen is large with a big oven.The property was warm and cosy in the middle of winter. There is a large fireplace that is not for use, however the heating in all spaces was adequate.A large 8 person hot tub outside was a highlight for all of us.Location is excellent, close to Vernon shops and only 30 mins up to SilverStar mountain.Would stay again and recommend to others

Stayed Feb 18, 2024A group of friends and I stayed here for a ski trip to silver star. We had an amazing stay, it was a beautiful place not far from the ski hill! Would definitely consider staying here again!

Stayed Sep 16, 2022We had nine people gather for a family reunion and this property fit the bill perfectly. Lots of room with 5 large bedrooms, the kitchen and living area was well stocked and set up nicely and the location was perfect for us. It is a two bath with one of them being the primary on suite so juggling the bathroom was the only challenge. Overall a great property!
