Spacious and surrounded by nature, this chalet is just a few minutes from the center of Courmayeur and the Val Veny cable car. Perfect for those seeking peace without giving up comfort! Ideal for skiing days on Mont Blanc, hikes in Val Ferret, or relaxing at the Pré-Saint-Didier thermal baths. The perfect starting point to enjoy the mountains all year round!

The house is cozy and perfect for spending time together!
It features a large living room with a big table for dining together, warmed by the pellet stove . The kitchen is fully equipped.
On the ground floor, you’ll find two bedrooms: one double and one with bunk beds, plus a bathroom with bathtub .
Upstairs, there’s another room with bunk beds and a small service bathroom .
A private outdoor parking space is available .

️ USEFUL INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY
Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your mobile phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

EASY AND SELF CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely without restrictions.
Check-in & Check-out
• Check-in: from 15:00
• Check-out: by 11:00

NEED TO ARRIVE EARLIER OR LEAVE LATER
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.
• ✅ Early check-in (from 08:00): €40
• ✅ Late check-out (until 15:00): €50

️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and beds booked.
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

TOURIST TAX
• Between €1.00 and €2.00 (depending on the period) per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• We kindly ask you to follow the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste.
• Otherwise, a €30 fee will be charged.

PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation.
• Additional cost: €30 per stay.
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged.
