La Leitery du Mont Blanc 2 is a comfortable and cozy home, located in the heart of Courmayeur, just a few steps from shops, restaurants, and the lively pedestrian area. Perfect for a relaxing holiday with everything at your fingertips, from panoramic walks and days on the slopes to unwinding at the Pré-Saint-Didier thermal baths!

It features a cozy living room with a lounge area, dining area, and open-plan kitchen, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and a third bedroom with a single bed. There are two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and one with a shower .
Guests have access to a convenient private parking space in the garage .

⚠️ The property is located in a ZTL zone
The Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) is an area where vehicle circulation is regulated. This means that access by car is allowed only for authorized vehicles.
If you plan to arrive by car, we will be happy to assist you!
In this case, we will ask for some personal information required to request the circulation permit from the local authorities. It’s a simple procedure that we will handle for you

️ USEFUL INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY
Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your mobile phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

EASY AND SELF CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely, without restrictions.

NEED TO ARRIVE EARLY OR LEAVE LATE
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.
• ✅ Early check-in (from 08:00): €40
• ✅ Late check-out (until 15:00): €50

️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and beds booked.
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

TOURIST TAX
• Between €1.00 and €2.00 (depending on the season) per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• We kindly ask you to follow the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste.
• Otherwise, a €30 fee will be charged.

Pets
