Stayed Sep 2, 2023We were highly disappointed in the property. The grass was so high that we weren't able to use the yard or fire pit area. Our children had to be kept on the deck and asphalted driveway areas. There were some kind of flying bugs hanging around in the downstairs bathroom our entire stay. The property is advertised for 8 occupants but there were not enough bathing washcloths and towels to go around so I had to wash laundry each night. Accessing the river took some strenuous climbing up and down steep dangerous banks. The pictures advertising the property were deceiving and did not depict current pictures of the property. I did contact property manager to make these complaints known and was only offered a $30 refund for cleaning fees. Unhappy with our stay especially for the money that we paid.

Stayed Aug 19, 2023We stayed here two nights to visit family on the way to a Jeep rally in Pigeon Forge. The house is large and spacious with a great view of the Tennessee River. The bed was very comfortable, it has a large deck with chairs and plenty of sun shade. It has two levels with seating areas and even a message chair. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip.
