Kitchen equipment: 4-burner gas cooker, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.



Multimedia equipment: flat-screen television (Orange bouquet channels), internet via Wi-Fi.



Various equipment: washing machine, travel cot, baby bed (upon prior request), high chair (upon prior request with supplement), hairdryer, ironing board and iron, electric griddle.



Garden/terrace: covered terrace and solarium area around the swimming pool with all the necessary outdoor furniture for meals and relaxation.



Swimming pool: yes, a lovely salt water pool of approximately 3mx3m with a safety alarm for the little ones.



Linen: household linen (excluding beach towels) is provided.

To know:



-This house is located near a departmental road, so it is possible, from the outside, especially during peak hours, to hear the noise of cars.



-It will not be possible in this house to organise any type of event (party, wedding, evening...) nor to invite, day or night, a large number of people external to the contract.
