BEAUTIFUL A-FRAME IN QUIET AREA, one block from Lake Charlevoix

Property was tucked in behind other homes away from the road. Nice quiet neighborhood. House was clean and well organized. Enjoyable stay!

The property was nice. It did not have air conditioning so that would be a nice add. We lived the town of Boyne City and would stay again.

This was a great house to stay at! Very short drive to Boyne Mountain. The check in and check out process was very easy. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

The house was great and perfect for our ski weekend. Close to the resort. The only problem we had was the driveway wasn’t plowed and became extremely icy. It was hard to come in and out and nearly had a couple of falls. I’donly suggest keeping the driveway plowed in the winter months. Otherwise it was a great place!

The kitchen was well stocked, the house was cozy and a perfect location to enjoy a family weekend in the snowy north!

We enjoyed our stay. We struggled to controll the heat in the living space of the house it was either very hot or too cold. The house was basic clean with lots of extra resources in the kitchen, cooking, cleaning, pillows, blankets. It was a cozy private home. Easy intructions on check in and check out.

Nice neighborhood, easy access to town, beautiful lake across the road. Clean with all necessities, nice layout though spiral stair is not 60- year- old ladies’ friendly ! Excellent communication with Lora, all my inquiries & requests were immediately answered.

Very nice place with great views of the lake. The house was spotless.

Overall it was good, very cute with the southwestern theme. House was clean but there were a ton of bugs, which can’t be helped in Michigan in the summer time with the windows open… The house does not have AC but we went in August and it was comfortable with the windows open and the fans provided. The front yard has a lot of space but it’s the shared backyard of two neighbors.

We loved staying at this property. It was a great location for everything we wanted to do in Boyne City. The kids had a lot of fun having the loft area to themselves. Everything we ended up needing was provided. Would definitely come back to this house!

Overall we enjoyed the property; slightly smaller than it appears on the listing but very neat and all appliances/utilities worked nicely. Good location, right next to the water and only a few minutes from downtown Boyne City/Boyne Falls.

We were in town for a bowling tournament, with 5 people and this place was perfect. Great location, close to town and the water. The host was so amazing, very easy to communicate with and returns emails very quick.

We couldn’t get anywhere warm for spring break so we decided to go skiing and hit the waterpark. We stayed 2 nights. Very clean, had everything we needed. Great location.

We just needed a comfy place to land after skiing at Boyne Mountain with our four adult kids. Lovely lay out, comfy beds, clean and a really nice A-frame lay out. It definitely checked all the boxes for us.

Great stay in little cozy cottage not very far from Boyne Mountain. Super clean and host was very communicative on spaces, procedures and any questions we had. Worked perfect for our ski/snowboarding trip. Rental home was as expected with more than enough room for 6 family members. Nice view in front room to watch the snow fall and have a cup of coffee before heading to slopes. Fireplace and all appliances worked great. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect to access the slopes and the cottage was perfect to accommodate our needs during our annual ski trip.

our friends needed a one night stay at a place before we enjoyed a day of skiing at boyne mountain and this is the perfect spot. close to downtown and the mountain, complete with a cute house and comfy beds. we almost rebooked for another night it was so nice! would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay here. The house is very clean, kitchen well stocked, good gathering space. BUT the washer was winterized which I was not made aware of before the trip. So winter renters be aware of this as it is not mentioned in the listing.

Was just as described would definitely go back. Nice place close to the lake. Spent a couple days there and would do it again.

Had a beautiful stay would definitely do again. Would have rated five star but found chip crumbs in the closet up stairs when pulled out the blankets.

The place was incredibly clean and very nicely located. Close to the water and just a minute or two from downtown. We stayed in town for a local soccer tournament and this place was perfect for our family. Thank you.

The host was kind enough to let us check-in a few hours early on our day of arrival. The rental was clean and stocked with all of that we needed to cook our own meals. Great guys trip! Will definitely be booking again next year!

This rental was in the perfect location, nice porch for outside enjoyment, well stocked home. Upon arrival we discovered slept in beds and men's shoes on the upstairs loft/bedroom area. Contacted the owner and she offered to have the cleaner come the next day, but we didn't feel comfortable with having them come when we were out and all our stuff would be there. We couldn't get the TV to work, but tv isn't a must anyway. The ceiling fans need a thorough cleaning as they are very dusty. Perhaps a refund of the cleaning fee we were charged is in order? Despite these set backs, we really enjoyed our stay, and appreciate the owner making herself available to hear our concerns.

We enjoyed the beach near the house. Overall a great stay.

We had a wonderful time visiting local attractions, staying up late as a family and watching movies. This was a perfect place for our family to be during our time in Northern Michigan. Loved the Navajo decor and the light and clean atmosphere of the home. Thank you for sharing this with us.

House & property were perfect for wife & me. Great location too. House could use a mini split to cool off on hot days. As soon as sun goes down @ 9:30pm the house cools off. Wonderful experience

We loved staying at the A frame. We hope to come back next year.
