Stay in this semi-detached house of 33m² located 200m from La Grande Plage, 500m from the village of La Bernerie and 850m from the large Plan d'eau de Mer. It has two double bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 people. (One bed of 140 then two beds of 80 that can make a double of 160, travel cot available)



Via a secure private path you access the accommodation and its tiled terrace of 20m² with no overlooking, featuring a table, outdoor chairs, two sun loungers, a parasol, a charcoal barbecue and an outdoor shower for when you return from the beach.



So that you feel at home, the open-plan kitchen overlooking the TV lounge-dining room is equipped with an induction hob, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a citrus press and all necessary kitchen equipment. A bathroom and an independent WC complete the rental. For maximum comfort, we have also provided you with a hairdryer, a washing machine, a booster seat and an ironing board and iron.
