Stayed Aug 2, 2024We spent one week here on our way to Tuscany. The holiday home surpassed our expectations. A private parking, large house, great kitchen and comfortable bedrooms, and this all at an easy stroll to the local lido, and the harbour. And the reception by the lady of the house was extremely friendly, and helped us find the way to the local stores and sights. Perfectly arranged with the help of her children. We enjoyed the explanation of the stone statues in the garden next to the beautiful garden. If you are willing to walk a bit further within half an hour you can visit the whole of Stresa and enjoy the local Piazza for an affordable evening dinner. All in all, a great stay. If you

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Suited us as a family of 5 for a 2 day / 3 night stay, with everything we needed. Nothing fancy or modern, but all in order and practical.

Stayed Jun 8, 2019Manuela is a wonderful welcoming lady / owner for a beautiful apartment set 15 min walk from the centre of Stresa. The apartment has everything you need including extras like butter eggs bread when you arrive- would definitely book it again if we return to Stresa - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay- thank you Manuela ?

Stayed May 4, 2019This villa is a very homely place in a magical part of the world. Manuela provided lots of treats for our stay & the house was very comfortable & roomy. Stresa is picturesque & we were very close to the ferry terminal to the islands in the lake. We thoroughly enjoyed a very relaxing stay at Villa Lucciola.

Stayed Aug 22, 2018We recently stayed at this property and had a wonderful experience. The location is in a residential setting near Lake Maggiore and a 15 minute walk to the downtown quarters. The accommodation is spacious, very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to take advantage of the local grocery store, Gloria's, and cooked some wonderful meals and enjoyed them on the beautiful patio right outside the french doors to the suite. Most importantly our host Manuela was so lovely and helpful in making sure we were comfortable and knew about the local attractions and things to do. Her garden is quite spectacular with beautiful stone statues displayed throughout.
