AC for comfort this summer!

Mountain Gem provided a wonderful stay for our family! Beautiful view, very well thought out layout and great up to date quality throughout. As a guest who likes to cook, I appreciated the organized and well equipped kitchen. Our family group of six adults fit very comfortably here and asked several times if we could buy Mountain Gem for ourselves lol! Thank you for a great stay

The house was great! We had two families stay and were able to spread out and have space while also coming together in the open concept living/ dining area. The views are stunning and great location to Sunday River skiing- 20 minute drive. The kitchen was fully stocked.

Great had by 3 couples at beautiful secluded retreat. Clean, comfortable and plenty to do. Somewhat off the beaten path, but very peaceful and serene. No issues at all.

We absolutely loved this property and hope to rent again. Beautiful location, wonderful home, and a lot to do. We loved Bethel as well. We heard a moose in the backyard one night but scared it away when we put on the flashlights!!

My 4 friends and I loved celebrating our 50th birthdays at this weekend getaway to this gorgeous home. The home was absolutely beautiful! The view was BREATHTAKING! The only negative I could say is that the propane tank on the fire table was empty which was very disappointing. We purposely rented a house with a fire pit and hot tub. At least the hot tub was enjoyable.

Entire experience was simple and amazing.

We stayed a week at this beautiful and accommodating house in a very quiet and nature—focused area of Maine. The views from the home are breathtaking and the accommodations are so inviting. Everything was extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed. We had three families all with children staying and never felt crammed. We cooked a lot and found everything we needed. The bottom floor was a hit with the kids and allowed separation between adult time and kid time. The hot tub because a ritual for us adults every night. The house has kayaks and we were so thankful for them, it allowed us to enjoy the several ponds/lakes nearby. Christopher Pond was our favorite because of the little beach area, docks, playground, and bathroom nearby. Bethel is within 10-15 minutes and that’s where we ordered out from or bought groceries at. We had lunch at Le Mu Eats and dined at Modern Barn, both delicious. Communication with the host was on point and courteous. They gave us pointers on places to check out. We loved our stay at this cute gem in the middle of Maine and hope to be back there someday.

The house was everything that was advertised and more. We had a great time and location was fantastic. Would certainly rent again.
