We had a nice stay. The location is great!! The house is described as a private setting, and it certainly is not. It is actually a duplex which you would never know from the listing. It wasn't a problem for us, the guests on the other side were not disruptive. Just unexpected. We thought this would be a little house by itself from the description. Otherwise, it was fine.

Second time renting the same place. It was just as nice this time around. Perfect quiet location, not to far from food and shopping. Can't go wrong booking this Chalet.

A very clean, nice, relaxing time at this VRBO. The best, well stocked kitchen we’ve had! Richard had both a gas grill and a charcoal grill there for our use. The gas fireplace was nice added feature taking the chill of the cold October evenings. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip up north.

No toaster but used the toaster oven. No laundry. Everything was very clean. Had some noise from the neighboring chalet but not enough to keep us up.

This was a nice place, very clean, comfy beds and very private and quiet. Only thing I would say negative is please fix the toilet! It’s not attached to the floor and it moves every time you get on or off it. Somebody will be injured if it’s not fixed or you’ll have a real mess on your hands.

Place was very clean, kitchen stocked with plenty of dishes, etc. Quiet area but close to town. I’d definitely stay again.

My husband and I loved our stay at the Abbott Brook Chalet. We chose it because of the proximity to the Hurricane Mountain bike trails. We were able to ride just 1 mile down the road to get to our favorite trails! We loved sitting on the porch after long rides and grilling dinner outside. The chalet was clean, cool (even on hot days), and comfortable. We also loved that the chalet was close to the down town, but far enough away to feel remote. The check in process was incredibly simple, and Richard was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We hope to stay here again in the future!

A great place to stay. Close enough to all the resteraunts, shopping and hiking without all the traffic of downtown.

Property was excellent. Clean, quiet, convenient. Much better than local hotel stays. Would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

This place was clean and comfy. I would like to say because there is no outside lighting we missed the location. GPS has us going further down the road. We arrived after dark and it was very difficult to locate and a bit scary as the whole neighborhood is dark as well. Despite that, I am looking to see if I can book again. Such a cute place.

Everything as-advertised, and great communications with the host. The location is a short drive from Cranmore, Black, Wildcat, Storyland, etc., and is in a quiet area with no nighttime shenanigans, which was appreciated after a long day skiing. Check in and check out were easy, and the overall experience was excellent. If you've got a larger group/family, rent both units!

Perfect place to get away! Close to restaurants, shopping and attractions. Perfect size for our family of four. Had all the amenities we needed. Was very clean and cozy! We plan to go back this summer!

Third time we have stayed here for extended ski weekend over last decade. Always easy to deal with owner, place is always clean, and can’t beat the location.

Very warm and cozy convenient to all the mountains. The only thing I wish was that there was TVs in the bedrooms other than that it was perfect.

As part of our annual tradition to visit North Conway and revisit our favorite spots, Richard's chalet has now become one of our cherished destinations. The location is convenient, and Richard's communication and clear instructions on caring for his property were exceptional. The chalet was clean, cozy, and equipped with numerous creature comforts that made our stay truly delightful.
