Cozy log cabin in holiday village (about 100 houses) in the ski area Dachstein-West. The house can accommodate up to 7 people (1 double room, 1 room with 2 single beds and 1 extra bed, 2 sleeps sofa in the living room) and is located in a small side valley of the Salzburg Dolomites. Directly from the terrace you have a panoramic view of the Gosaukamm and the Bischofsmütze.
In winter you can ski down to the house, in summer, the hiking or mountain bike tours start right at the house.

Stayed Aug 18, 2023Our family of four enjoyed our stay very much and took every chance we got to sit outside for the view. You can easily reach every sights in the area in less than an hour's drive so that was quite convenient as a base to explore. The place is very clean and quiet, neighbours are a bit close but everybody respects the quietness and privacy of each other and besides friendly hellos pretty much keep to themselves. We were so busy that we never tried the pool/sauna/café/morning bread orders from the reception, but it was nice to have those options a few steps away.

Stayed Aug 2, 2022All was clean and beds were made! Love the area, great atmosphere, great for spectacular hikes. Kitchen equipment, outside furniture and beds could be better but all together the experience was good!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969It is a nice and cosy little chalet. Everything you need is there, plenty space for our family of 4. The location is perfect for hicking trips and other activities in the area (we were there in the summer 2020).

Stayed Aug 12, 2019This was a great location near lots of hiking overlooking some impressive mountains. The house was nice, though a bit smaller than I expected. It was perfect for 4 of us but would be tight for a lot more. We had all the supplies we needed with grocery stores very close to hand. The beds in the kids bedroom were a bit wobbly and could do with some attention but other than that, it was really comfortable and very enjoyable.

Stayed Aug 5, 2017We have just returned from a visit to this property and we had a great time. The lodge is very comfortable and has amazing views of mountains and valleys. The local area has lots of summer attractions and Salzburg is only a 45 minute drive away. We would recommend this to anyone interested in a summer holiday in Austria.
