r>Although we love the treehouse setting of our cabin, it does make it not handicap accessible and can be challenging for guests who struggle with steps or steep hills. Happy to answer any questions to confirm our home away from home fits your needs!

Please note our property is part of the Massanutten property owners association and the following rules must be adhered to:
Noise: quiet hours, 10 PM to 10 AM. Keep noise indoors during these hours. No excessive noise at any time as judged by the MPOA or assigned agents. Parking: keep all tires off the road, don’t block fire, hydrants or park in front of any other property without written approval, park only in designated areas or overflow lot, no buses campers or RVs to be parked at the house. Outdoor fires: high wildfire, risk area, no open fires, no unattended fires no fire pit use during quiet hours fire pits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions check the electric sign at the entrance for updates. Alcohol: no open containers on roads or in common areas. Pets: leash is always required when outside, always clean up after your pets. Trash: do not place garbage or trash outside, including screened in porches decks or carports, trash attract attracts wildlife and could endanger you or damage the property, dumpsters are available.
