Communication was great! Location is great. Walkable to the beach. We had a great time! We plan on booking again here.

The property was poorly decorated and maintained...sand in the shower, flooring in bad condition, blinds didn't work.

Great location for beach time

Great location for a quiet beach vacation. We didn’t rent a car because we normally stay closer to Miami Beach, we would rent a car if we stayed here again

The host was pretty nice. Booking was easy and flawless. We arrived and the first morning there was a huge cockroach. I called the host who said they would send the cleaning crew. They showed up and we told them it was under the coach. The cleaning crew said they weren’t allowed to move the coach and just left. And then let’s just say it was not our last cockroach we saw. There were many in the bedroom as well. We ended up leaving early and checking into a hotel because our entire stay was ruined. We reached out to the host to be refunded as we are still traumatized. And it’s been three weeks and have yet to have heard back. VRBO themselves have been kind about it but it’s ultimately the host that has to refund us. And he just doesn’t answer their calls. We are horribly disappointed.

The cabin was very clean and in a great resort. I very much recommend this cabin!

good balance and close to the beach

My friends and I booked this house for a bachelorette weekend and have a wonderful time! Great location not too far from Miami and Hollywood bars/clubs. Nice neighbors and a great back yard space. Loved how close it was to the beach also! Felt super safe and would book again!

The location was so close to the beach. The host was easy to reach and very responsive. Made our trip easy and enjoyable. Feel lucky to have found this place. Highly recommend!

Here's the pros and cons about this property: PRO: Location - if you want to be near the beach, this is the place - right across the street. An easy walk. Patrick was wonderful and extremely attentive. Any problems were quickly solved and he checked in to make sure everything was fine. Clean place, nice backyard with table and chairs. Beach chairs Beds are comfortable. Nice closet space with hangers. Nice neighborhood to walk around Restaurants and grocery store within walking distance Toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing liquid all provided. Washer and dryer in a separate place outside but very easy to use. CON: ( the reason it's a 4 star) the kitchen - there is no counter space, so no where to prepare foods. There is only one outlet in the kitchen area and the microwave is plugged in to one so only leaves you one other plug. You can't make coffee and toast at the same time and no where to put them except on the stove. Minimal dishes and silverware. ( there are plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, knives, some cooking utensils, but no large serving bowl like to put a salad in) No potholders, dishtowels. The pots and pans were clean but the cookie sheets all had burned-on residue on them. If you want to be near the beach, in a clean place and are not planning on cooking this is a great place.
