The castle came to me in a dream while I was chatting with my late wife, Jennifer Faustman. Sadly, she passed away in 2014 just after childbirth. She has visited my dreams regularly and guided me thru dreams ever since she passed away.
Actually, our life is full of divine intervention so much that we started a "JENI FACTOR" folder on my computer to document all of the impossibly perfect outcomes through the construction process. We look forward to sharing and displaying all the work Jeni did from above.
As you can see, the interior is finished and gorgeous, ready to enjoy. We're ready to finish our exterior projects once the weather allows... I hope you can imagine the exterior, glowing with Frosty Effects! (that's the name of my construction company)
It took me 5 years to finish it with no bank assistance or a labor force. I'm especially thankful I had already mastered every trade and had a degree that taught me the science of every construction topic. It's absolutely gorgeous here, NOTHING is normal, yet it all comes together perfectly.
My AWESOME mom and my little MINI 8yr old castle builder were the only laborers available to help me, so I kicked ass, working long hours all day every day for 5 years...
The views stretch back a million years, so building the outdoor living space was an absolute pleasure. The 4,200+ SF rooftop oasis and the 3,500 SF of decks overlooking the lake are the perfect vantage point no matter what you want to see.
Sunrises and sunsets are epic here, not to mention, the STARS, and falling asleep on the roof... perfect!
Every area and every room in the house will inspire you, the fact is, we built everything in/on the house from scratch (except for the granite and solid surface countertops provided by Tatanka Stone of Omaha!)
Master chef kitchen and chef's pantry
1000sf kitchen area
1100sf custom bsmt bar/theater
1600sf BALLROOM
3 Master Suites, and 3 other giant bedrooms to choose from
The final stage of construction (the exterior pretty stuff) is to start in spring 2023. We look forward to the final curb appeal and landscaping including the water features ie the terraced yard with a planted natural pollinator field, the moat, (maybe draw bridge), the radiant heated driveway snow melt system, rivers, etc.
Also looking forward to the outdoor living areas with a water vortex fire pit, hardscaped hot tub, and natural oasis swimming pool as well as the landscaping and walkways to enjoy it all.

I came to town for a wedding and was surprised to stumble upon this very welcoming beautiful home. everything was updated ,clean, and very nice! Rooms were very put together and it was very comfortable and felt right at home. The scenery was beautiful, a good reliable place. We had lots of fun and enjoyed our stay, if you have a chance to book it do it, it’s so worth it!!!
The owner is still building this castle. There were tools and material in every room of this house. The curb appeal is poor. There is no yard or pool. It is priced high for the condition. The owner did try hard to get everything ready but it was not ready when we got there and they worked all day the second day to get the theater room ready
