Yurt on the Clark Fork River

Everything was so organized. There were so many little games inside and outside. Overall great experience, will be coming back!

We had a great time with family here. Our hostess was helpful and considerate and provided information on all there is to do in the area. We will definitely visit again and partake in all there is to do there. Highly recommend visiting.

This property is unique and charming. She has taken time to create a great place to spend some quality time. Well stocked, spotless, quality touches. I will come again and hope to spend more time.

Beautiful property right on the river. Loved the privacy the land provided. The yurt was clean and comfortable. My son and I should have booked a longer stay. We didn't have time to make use of the paddleboards but hope to book a trip later in the summer. Tamara is a great host. Highly recommend.

This little yurt and this property was PERFECT!! We arrived late in the day and a storm rolled in so we played some of the fun games and enjoyed the epic storm with theatrical thunder, lightning, and tons of rain. The next day it dried up and the sun shined bright so we played ALL the outdoor games, played in the river, skipped rocks, and we even went for a short bike ride into Superior to check out the town and were excited to find a skate park/pump track! We are so glad that we decided to stay an extra night on our way to Wyoming this year and we will DEFINITELY come back again. Tamara has though of everything to make our stay special and memorable. This place is just so perfect in every way!

The yurt was comfortable and very clean. The kitchen was better stocked with cookware, dishes, etc. than our kitchen at home. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Yurt on the Clark Fork River. The setting is absolutely beautiful and perched above the river with peaceful Montana scenery in every direction. Waking up to the sound of the river and enjoying coffee while looking out over the water was such a relaxing way to start the day.The yurt itself was spotless, spacious, and incredibly cozy. It had everything we needed and felt warm and inviting the entire time. It was the perfect place to unplug, slow down, and spend quality time. We were celebrating our anniversary and they had thoughtfully put together a welcome package with some sweet touches that made it feel extra personal.One of the highlights of the trip was having an on-site chef prepare a meal for us. It made the whole experience feel even more special and relaxing.If you’re looking for a cozy and peaceful place to reconnect and enjoy the beauty of Montana, this yurt is truly a gem. We would absolutely stay here again.

The cabin was very cozy, it was clean, and had all we needed to have a comfortable, relaxing stay. I wish we could’ve stayed more than one night because it was so peaceful, and I wanted to enjoy the cabin a little longer. We sat by the fire at night and that was really nice and it was fun to be by the river.

My son and I LOVED the yurt! Fantastic little place! Very beautiful views. Plenty to do on the property. River right behind you. Giant Jenga game, other games, cornhole and so on. Property was very well maintained and clean! Everything I needed was right on site and well thought out! The host was amazing and easy to communicate with! My son and I can’t wait to come back and stay longer. We only had a one night stay passing through. 10/10 rating and will be back!! Don’t hesitate on this one!

What a beautiful Yurt. We talked about staying at one for years. Beautiful location, everything you couldPossibly need was in the yurt. Very clean and very nicely built. Beautiful story why it was built. Spent the night here with friends for a birthday party. Owners are the sweetest they even decorated for my friends birthday inside with a card a gifts for her. What a beautiful experience. Would highly recommend. I will definitely be returning again.

What a cute and unique stay, this was. The property, inside and out, was immaculate and so well kept up. Tamara is, by far, the most thoughtful host of all the properties we have stayed at. A sweet welcome awaited us. She has thought of everything to make this place welcome for all ages. There are so many games! It was nice to have time without screens and play outside games and board games inside. I highly recommend!

The yurt was beautiful! We stayed over the 4th of July and had a blast. Tamara has a wide range of amenities to make the stay even more comfortable. We especially appreciated the earplugs for the train sounds!

Absolutely perfect! Tamara, the host was exceptional. Her attention to detail, decor, cleanliness, the extras, everything was outstanding. I’ve shared the yurt information with family and friends, hoping they can go and enjoy this special place. The location was great. My teen son loved fishing along the bank, caught a couple 14-17 inchers! The kitchen and bbq were great for meal prep. AC units were great. All the outdoor furniture was great and that view!!!

The yurt was very nice, and the host thought of everything and made our stay convenient and easy. The location on the river was beautiful as well.We were just passing through the area, and only stayed one night. There was some unappreciated noise off property overnight, but that was out of everyone's control.We'd probably stay again should we find ourselves in the area.

We loved this place. The host is so organized. Pancake mix nicely labeled. Every kitchen amenity we needed was there. BEAUTIFUL view. So many places to sit and take in the big sky. We used all of them. My kids waded in the river, which moved swiftly. Tamara was kind enough to provide life jackets, which I made the kiddos wear (just in case). Kids and I agreed that we want to stay here annually and make it a tradition. During the day, we played the giant Jenga and hoseshoes outside. At night, before bed, we'd play scrabble inside. We loved the assortment of games/activities. The only caution I will provide readers is regarding the porch light in the summertime. It comes on automatically when it detects motion. It's very bright and the bugs LOVE it. So if you go out and in a couple of times, the bugs will hang out the door and then let themselves inside the yurt with you. On our second night, we covered the light with a beach towel, to prevent the motion sensor from going off. Worked like a charm and no bugs followed us in.

We loved this Yurt so much! We only stayed one night and we wished we could have stayed more. Our host Tamara has thought of everything you could possible need for your stay. She is phenomenal! I cannot recommend her place more. We stayed as a family of 5 with teens, there are no TV's or wifi but plenty of games both indoor and outdoor. It was a great respite in between our travels from Yellowstone and Grand Teton to Seattle. Stay here if you get the chance!!!

Not a thing missing here on our one-night stay to rest for our drive home. Only bad thing was we did not want to leave!

We absolutely loved our stay at Tamara’s yurt on the river. It’s truly a magical place where we got some much needed rest and family bonding time. The yurt is fully stocked and has so many great amenities that are especially fun for kids. The love and effort Tamara has put into this place clearly shows in all her attention to the details. We had a really hard time leaving as it’s truly a one of a kind spot. It has been our favorite stay on our summer cross-country roadtrip and we hope to come visit again!

The yurt was beautifully equipped, wonderfully located and incredibly comfortable. Some excellent hikes nearby. And a very friendly Superior community. We hope we have a opportunity to return.

Cute place with a ton of amenities! The view of the river was amazing and it was easy access to get down there. The hostess had the place well-stocked with just about anything we could want. Can’t wait to come back and stay during the summer!

I was so impressed with this beautiful paradise on the river. To say I'm paranoid about staying at places away from home is an understatement. Well, Tamara put ALL my anxiousness at ease. Everything about our stay there was exceptional. What a great place to get away from all the hustle and bustle of our day to day home and work activities. Unplugged from everything (pretty much). My kids were thrilled at all the board games that were provided. I can't even count how many different games they played. Mind you, these are adult children. Loved going down to the river and having my morning coffee and having some alone/quiet time, listening to the relaxing sounds of the river and watching chipmunks forage for their food. Needless to say, everything was PERFECT! Tip top shape; well kept; extremely clean; and everything you could need was basically provided already. Tamara has gone above and beyond to make this YURT the place to go for any getaway. I can't wait for my next trip there!

This riverside yurt was the perfect place for our group of friends to use as a home base during a girls getaway weekend. Tamara was a perfect communicator and had so many thoughtful touches both inside and outside of the yurt. We would happily stay again.

Our stay was wonderful! Tamara has put so much thought and effort into every detail—from s’more supplies to snacks to an endless supply of games! The yard is also full of games, a fire pit, and the chairs overlooking the river offered something for everyone! We will definitely be back!

My husband and I got married this past weekend and came here the following day for our honeymoon. We had the best time! They have every game you can think of and the most amazing views and every amenity you would want or need. We did a lot of hiking in the area and got to catch some fish in the river that’s right in the back yard. This will forever be one of our favorite places and we plan on coming back every year so we will be there again September 7th 2025! 🥰 Tamera is the kindest person ever and she truly puts her heart and soul into this property, as well as her husband Chet who is just as sweet and hard working as her. If you have the chance to stay here, you will not be disappointed and if you are, she will most likely find a way to fix it ❤️

The Yurt was amazing! So clean and simple, yet cozy. Kitchen was easy to make breakfast and a quick lunch. Loved the ladybugs. We are Disney fans and they have 'hidden Mickeys' it was count the ladybugs! We had a wonderful time watching the river and spending time with family thst lived across the river.

This is such a fun little place right along the Clarkfork River with direct access. The owners have thought of all the little extras you might need in the kitchen and bathroom. Washer and dryer work great too! The owners are very responsive and gave us great ideas for exploring the area further. Highly recommend a drive to Diamond Lake with a hike to Cliff lake. That hike ended up being one of our most enjoyable parts of exploring Montana. We wish we would have had more time to float the river. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved our stay! Our family had fun playing board games and cornhole while at the Yurt. We loved white water rafting in the area as well!

Sisters weekend and was amazingly relaxing. This is our 5th or 6th visit to the yurt, and we will be back again. The hostess, Tamara, is amazing and the place is clean and welcoming. She goes above and beyond to make sure that we feel welcome and comfortable.
