Sportsman's delight located on an urban flower farm complete with chickens!

Perfect spot for my stay. Just me and really just needed a landing zone for down time while there.

My husband and I stayed here a full week in the end of September to the beginning of October. We met the owner. She was friendly and warm. The apartment was beautiful! We enjoyed having a full kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the place was very cozy and very clean. You wouldn’t know you were below the main house. The owner was very quiet. The dogs and chickens were adorable! There is gated parking behind the house. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Superior!

It was beautiful and spotless inside. The exterior was like a little historic farm. She left us fresh colorful eggs and snacks on the counter of a fully stocked kitchen. Loved it.

This is a very nice accommodation for a short stay especially. It is very small, and downstairs with no bore to outside. The back yard though with flower garden and chickens is delightful. Inside, it is one of the cleanest we have been in. And thoughtfully furnished. The kitchen is pretty spacious considering th overall amount of space, and supplied with more than adequate dishes, cutlery, kitchen tools, even dog food and water dishes. Stove, coffee pot, elect. hot water pot, microwave...aldo coffee, tea, packaged snacks. Bed was comfy, pillows very nice, nice linens. Large bathroom, lovely shower and lots of towels and soaps, etc. it was perfect for us. Thank you for a lovely, though short, stay.

Good relax after long driving, hostiable owner.

We enjoyed our stay here. The space is fixed up very cutely, and the host supplied snacks and drinks. A great set up with a lot of heart!

Didn't spend alot of time there, but very comfortable and clean. Also enjoyed the water and treats. Good value for the price. And above all .. very quite.

The property is very nice and clean. Its a good amount of space. I was travelling by myself, but would be very comfortable for small groups also. The property manager was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Also there are chickens and fresh eggs!

have everything im looking for

We wanted to stay close to the event that brought us to town. There was a full kitchen that we didn't really need for a short stay but would be useful for folks who want to prepare meals in the unit to economize. And you might get free eggs as we did from the chickens on the property. My wife would have preferred more natural light than a basement apartment provides, but it was cool in the 99 degree heat.

We stopped here on a cross country move. The bed was comfortable and the place was clean. We didn't need much more, but the owners had left extra touches that were greatly appreciated. The full size fridge/freezer came in handy. The unit is in a basement, with basement entry stairs, which could be hard to access for some people. The family stays on the main level, but we heard zero noise upstairs. Believe them when they say accessing the gated yard from the alley with a trailer could be an issue. We only had a Tacoma and it was tight. Overall, it worked well for us.

We loved the quiet location and the garden and fresh eggs. This was just right for what we needed.

I was passing through on my way to Salmon, ID with my dog. The spot was fantastic and the host gave me some fresh eggs!
