WOW 3BR Cabin just 2 miles to Dollywood + Arcades!

Our family really enjoyed this rental. The perfect location for our day at Splash Country. Our puppies enjoyed the space to run!

Everything was just a short drive to everything entrainment, food, island, wonderful place to stay.

Great location! Loved sitting on the porch and watching the fireflies at night. Large and comfortable beds. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was close to nearby attractions, stores, and conveniences. It was a very peaceful location. Listing was exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

Very clean house and had extra little welcoming touches everywhere you looked. Perfect layout for a family with kids and grandparents. The kitchen had everything you could need including a great keurig, plenty of utensils and drinkware. Good countertop space and we loved the huge kitchen with a working icemaker and water dispenser. Table was huge for familly meals too. Lots of plusses to this WOW cabin!

Perfect getaway cottage! The furnishings and decorations were perfect for the mountains and made the place seem so welcoming. Comfy beds, super clean, equipped kitchen, easy check in, responsive host everything you could want!

This cabin is great for 4-5 people.It was sparsely furnished with the essentials for daily living. The trash was full when we arrived.Had only 3 trash bags for us to use.The maintenance people made so much noise on Friday I could not sleep.Although most of the cabin was clean the master bedroom had so many spiders and spider webs we had to clean before use.Non of this tops the horrible condition of the driveway. This will cause someone a slipped disc.There is no excuse for the condition of this driveway.

We had a terrific easy stay. The kitchen had plenty of everything we needed, the bathrooms were generously stocked with lots of towels and more, the allergy covers on the bedding made the stay so comfortable and healthy. We just loved this quiet and peaceful cabin nestled oh so close to Dollywood.

We enjoyed our stay! It was close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Our dog also enjoyed it because he could run and play in the yard. We would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our short stay here. The place was clean, spacious and seemed to have anything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. It was also great that our pups were welcome.

We loved the location of the house with no steep driving and being quick to get to everything. We also loved the quietness of being away from the busy strip in town. This was a great stay for our family! The house was beautiful and perfectly situated in a quiet area but yet still super close to everything. The kids loved the arcade games, and the beds were super comfy. Communication with owners was great, and it was a blessing staying here! Thank you!

This was our third visit to Sunnydale. We love the close proximity to everything. The house is always very clean and extremely well stocked. The owners do everything to make sure we have a relaxing, carefree, and enjoyable trip. We have always had quick response from the property manager to answer any questions.

Only a couple of miles from the parkway but once you get back to the house it is very quiet and calm. Just what the doctor ordered after a day on the parkway or parks. House well stocked and beds were outstanding!! Definitely recommend this to anyone staying in the area.

Grandkids love the bunkbeds and arcade area. Conveniently located from Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. Grocery store was 5-10 minutes away.

This cabin is so cozy and inviting!! Great place to come home to after a long day at the park. Will definitely book again!!

They house was in a fantastic location, Location is in between Pidgeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. Right down the street from Dollywood. It's was quiet, beautiful, and near walmart and lots of food locations. But even though it was close to all those things, it was tucked away in quiet area away from main roads. Plenty of space for kids, the game systems were a great touch.

We were here for a week at Christmas time with 5 adults and our dogs. The house was extremely clean and well decorated for a cozy cabin feel. The location was close to everything we needed in Sevierville and Pigeon Forge but away from the busiest parts of town in a secluded and quiet location a couple miles from Dollywood. The hosts, Kim & Logan, were great to deal with and we loved the thoughtful gifts they left for us. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks to our hosts for a wonderful stay!

We had such a great stay! The sheets and bedding were so comfortable! My kids really enjoyed playing the arcade games and I personally loved the smell of the wallflowers. House was very clean and comfortable. They even gave us some yummy local jams that were delicious! Would definitely stay here again!

Sunnydale is GREAT! Very clean, furnished well, easy check in and check out. The hosts are extremely responsive and very cordial. The location is very convenient to Dollywood, shopping, eating, etc. We are already looking forward to a visit in the Spring.

The property was amazing, super clean, smelled great, state of the art appliances, great beds, super comfortable, I could tell the owners take a lot of pride in their rental properties, I can’t wait to stay again!

It's a very, very nice place. Quiet culdesac amongst other cabins. There is plenty of distance between the properties. Nicely furnished and a great overall place for the family!!

We were hit by Hurricane Helene. We thought of cancelling, but we are so glad we didn't. This property became our home away from home for 4 nights. We were so thankful to have power and a hot shower. Plus, the home was extremely clean and the owners were so thoughtful and kind-hearted. We were greeted with some goodies, our pets were comfortable with a nice large yard to walk around, the beds were more comfy than our beds at home, you are so close to all Pigeon Forge & Sevierville have to offer, yet away from the hustle & bustle....the list of wonderful thinks at this property goes on and on. My favorite part was being able to hear the train at Dollywood! Thank you sooo much Kim and Logan! We can't say thank you enough!

Owners helped me work through an issue with my card processing before we ever checked in. Home was well stocked with anything you’d need as well as some awesome free goodies from the host. Both king beds were extremely comfortable. House is tucked back in a quiet little holler as advertised and made for a peaceful/relaxing stay. 5 minutes to Dollywood, 12 minutes to the Island and surrounding attractions, 15 minutes to Apple Barn with minimal traffic at all times we travelled. Was perfect for three adults but would also work great for families with kids.

Second stay and just as great as first! We look forward to returning as soon as we can!
