Mineral Bluff, Georgia
Nestled on a secluded hillside surrounded by wild azaleas and tall pines, the North Georgia cabin rental Woodentops is the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of your everyday hectic life. Located in Mineral Bluff, just 15 minutes from the shops and restaurants of downtown Blue Ridge, and with an easy walk to the community picnic area, gazebo and fishing on the Toccoa River, this charming real-log cabin is the ideal family vacation destination. The name Woodentops isn't a reference to the swaying pine trees or pine-wood walls and floors, but instead is the name of a 1950's British children's television series, a childhood favorite of the owners.
With room for eight guests in three bedrooms, the accommodations are spacious, comfortable and inviting. The living room, with its reclining leather sofa, wood burning fireplace, and 40” flat screen TV, is the hub of the cabin, a place to gather and relax. The adjacent kitchen, outfitted with pine cabinetry, laminate countertops, electric oven/stove, a refrigerator with icemaker and under-cabinet lighting, is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, while the dining table expands to seat 10 so that everyone can eat together.
The main floor master bedroom, with king bed, has an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower and vanity, and separate access to the screened-in porch with a quiet seating area. Above the living area is a cozy loft bedroom with king bed and eclectic furnishings. Downstairs there is a bedroom with two twin bunk beds that your kids will love, as well as a games room. Like the rest of the cabin, the bedrooms are bright and airy, cooled by ceiling fans and decorated in a pleasing blend of modern and rustic style with a “Gone Fishing” décor theme.
If you prefer to be outside there's also plenty of seating on the large wraparound deck, and you can fire up the park style charcoal grill for your favorite barbecue feast. You can breathe in fresh mountain air while relaxing with a glass of wine in a rocking chair or soaking in the soothing bubbles of the walk-in hot tub. Or settle into an Adirondack chair and pop open a bag of marshmallows to toast over the fire pit.
There are lots of entertainment options at the cabin, too: the game room offers a 60” flat screen TV with Playstation console and two controllers, and a selection of DVD's and board games. Both TVs in the cabin are equipped with Dish Network and can access streaming services such as Netflix. Of course, you'll also want to explore the numerous outdoor activities the surrounding area has to offer, everything from hiking, biking, golf, orchards and wineries, horse-back riding and fishing, to antique hunting and browsing local art galleries.
Other amenities include WiFi, washer/dryer and room for cars in the gravel driveway. But the best thing about Woodentops is the peaceful, relaxed, refreshed way you'll feel when you're there, having fun with your family and friends (even the canine ones—you're welcome to bring two small dogs). It's the kind of magical place where memories are made, and yours will last a lifetime.

We had a great time. We have never ventured outside the cabin when we come to Blue ridge, but this time we went on a hike, visited downtown and a vineyard. The house was beautiful and we enjoyed all of the features. We would love to visit again. The Amodias and friends
Had a great time at this property. Very peaceful area and a beautiful cabin. The kids loved the fire pit and hot tub. Everything was clean and well presented. My only complaint was not having televisions in the bedrooms, this cabin would be perfect with those added. Would definitely stay again.
This was an amazing stay. Me and my wife booked this last minute for our anniversary trip to get away from Atlanta. The response from the management company was fast and amazing. The cabin is beautiful and larger then the photos show it. Its actually 2 floors with a loft above the living room. The master bedroom is great and king size bed was very comfortable. The jacuzzi was amazing especially during a snow day we had on our trip. The cabin has a beautiful long driveway. It feels very secluded and you dont even see your neighbors. Which was a perfect get away for the two of us. It was very clean cabin, linens and etc were clean and provided. Amazing get away we will be back for sure and would highly recommended.
This home was the perfect place for my family of 8. The kitchen is well supplied, the beds are very comfortable and we loved having the hot tub and firepit.
Woodsy private fun
The cabin was extremely nice and the location was close to the river. I would stay here again. The only con is I was suppose check in at 3:00 pm, but I was informed the day before my arrival that I couldn’t check until 5:00 pm because of the cleaning service. This was a huge inconvenience.
I was impressed with the property.
We were so happy in this cabin! It was the perfect size for two families of 4. The playroom downstairs gave the kids a place to and made adult time possible. Loved the color lights in the jacuzzi. Only thing we would have had be better was more available firewood for the outside. There was none ?. Other than that, it was magical (even a little deer welcomed us upon arrival).
We enjoyed staying here enormously. Our only gripe was that it was very easy to hear the loft from the main master, even with the door closed - like there was no soundproofing in the floor. I think it might be difficult in the event there was a larger group or a group of people with different sleep schedules. Otherwise we found it secluded but still convenient to everything, very clean and well maintained with more than enough of everything we needed!
Beautiful Cabin, loved the fire pit and Hot tub. The deck was safe for the children, close to ground level in back yard, the hot tub was inground and East for them to use. The BBQ worked very well
