Bingham, Maine
Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly cabin. This property is located in a quiet neighborhood right off of Route 201 (with beautiful scenic views) and 200 FT away from ITS trail access along the Kennebec River for snowmobilers, ATV enthusiasts, hunters, walkers, runners, and fishing lovers! Plenty of nearby activities including white water rafting, skiing, hiking, local breweries, and more (see welcome guide for more info!). Or simply relax at the cabin with family and friends!
The Space:
As you approach you will find a wrap around front porch with rocking chairs, portable bar, grill, and ceiling fans as you enter the home from the spacious driveway (plenty of room for multiple cars, trucks, snowmobiles, ATV's, RV's). There is also a firepit in the front yard off the porch and down the hill in the front of the yard is plenty of room for yard gamers (bring your kan jam, wiffleball, cornhole, etc!)
As you enter the front door you will approach an open concept kitchen and living room. There is a table in the kitchen and don't miss the custom made "ring on a string" game next to the table. There is ample seating around the TV in the living room for friends and families to hang.
The master bedroom (and king bed) are on the 1st floor and across from that is a spacious bathroom with shower for guests.
You can then head up the stairs to the loft with an additional seating and hangout spot on the chairs/couches.
2 upstairs bedrooms with custom bed framing - bedroom 1 include bunkbeds (full size even couples will be able to sleep on comfortably!) and bedroom 2 is your classic full bed set.
Access to the basement includes washer/dryer access and a full sized pool table for family and friends!
Only area off limits is the garage which will remain locked.

Beautiful wood cabin with all the amenities you need for your stay. Felt like home away from home. Master bedroom on main floor was helpful for my parents who cannot do stairs easily
Beautiful property and cabin. Very nice stay. Beds were comfortable.
The pictures are deceiving we expected more of a cabin in the woods decor but the decor was all different and not as nice as the photos. The porch had clutter on it old boards, old air conditioner and no chairs to sit in and enjoy our coffee in the morning. The inside was very clean and well kept.
Great location, clean cozy cabin with plenty of room. Great local market nearby. Would stay again.
The property was in a great location. It was secluded with no noise. Perfect for catching up with family members. The owner, Mark, was very helpful, and communicated everything we needed, and in a timely manner. I would recommend this place anytime!
Exactly as described!! Love it
Property was clean. Loved the porch. The front hill was awesome for sledding. Went snowmobiling, rental was down the road, drove the sleds to cottage. The beds were awesome...quite and comfortable. Slept great. we will be back.
We had an awesome Thanksgiving weekend up in Bingham/, the cabin was great, spacious, perfect location/. The kids loved playing pool in the basement. And the host was super helpful. We hope to return in the future. ??
This cabin was a great place to stay. It is comfortable and roomy. Mark is a terrific host and ensured we had a great experience. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Mark!
This property was just what we wanted. Away from city & neighbors, yet close enough to site see, get groceries and enjoy Maine! Bonus for us was the master bedroom and bathroom on the ground level. Each day we headed either North, South, East or West for our vacation adventures. The cabin was home base for our evening meals, movie and relaxing. Mark the property mgr answered any questions super fast! Yes, we would stay here again!
We had a great time. Enjoyed playing pool and cribbage and having a fire with s’mores.
