Things to Know Before Your Stay

Please note the following important details prior to check-in:
• A valid government-issued ID is required before your arrival.
• Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property.
• If you are under 25, a $500 security deposit will be required prior to check-in. This deposit will be refunded after your stay, following a property inspection by our cleaning team. Refunds may take 14–30 days to process.

Long-Term Stays:
For stays of an extended duration, a refundable security deposit of $500–$750 will be required. The exact amount will depend on the length of your stay and will be communicated prior to booking/check-in. The deposit will be returned after checkout, provided there are no damages or other charges incurred during the stay.

• Please turn up the temperature immediately upon arrival, as it may take up to 12 hours or longer to fully heat—especially in colder months.
• Always leave the cover on when not in use to retain heat.
• Do not sit or place items on the hot tub cover—they are easily damaged, and replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
• Shower before use and no food or drinks are permitted in the hot tub. A $100 cleaning fee will be charged if the water must be drained due to improper use.

• Bathroom amenities: hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, 1 towel per guest, and 2–3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
