Wintergreen on Moen Lake Cabin #2

This is the perfect rental if staying in the Rhinelander area. Easy access to all roads and beautiful setting on the lake with a bar/restaurant feet away. Highly recommended!

Repeat customer. This time there was a calendar issue & cleaning was behind schedule. Great communication with Property Mgr, oversight was quickly corrected. Great, simple space is a quiet location.

Good base for us to explore the area.

My family and I decided to stay in Rhinelander for a couple days on the way back from the beautiful upper peninsula rather than drive all the way back to STL. This little cottage was perfect. We really just wanted to kick back and relax in a nice area with a great view. This spot had a cute view of the little lake, but was also right across the way of a little bar restaurant. The food there was great! And on Sunday, the bar had an outdoor band, which was also great! We had the best view of the band from our location. We loved it and would definitely return!

The cabin was perfect location to get to Rhinelander, just minutes away. The lake was absolutely gorgeous with a nice Piers to sit out on our walk out on. We really enjoyed the deck that has views to the lake. Great communication with the owner. The bar right across the street had great food and nice acoustic music. I only gave it four stars because the cleanliness wasn’t perfect but that was because the normal cleaning person was off on medical leave so her children are filling in. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place to setup base, and snowmobile throughout the Rhinelander area! Rental location was perfect for my Dad and I on top of being clean and tidy. The Birchwood Bar across the street offers cold drinks and good food after getting off the trail.

It was clean & updated. Nice size for the 2 of us. Great view from kitchen & living room. There was no table & chairs for meals. But the television & wi-fi were great. Description doesn't say that this is the 2nd story of a renovated garage which shares a parking lot with a bar. There was lots of traffic due to the bar even though we were lucky since the bar closed Saturday for a wedding. We would have skipped this place if the description had indicated there were stairs (due to my Achilles tendon tear causing difficulty with stairs). The bar traffic took away from the peace & solitude we thought we were going to have. I imagine many people would think the bar next door would be great...we were looking for a different experience.

I stayed here for business and was very happy with the cleanliness and amenities of the rental. The second bedroom was well-equipped to use as an office, which was great. I had some trouble getting in touch with the host, which led to some headaches, but I hope/assume it was just a one-time thing.
