Stayed Aug 13, 2019Windsong Retreat was the perfect place for our leadership team of 8 members to retreat to Big Bear and experience inspiration and generate plans for the coming year. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms made it ideal for people to have quiet time away from the group. The kitchen is large and provides ample seating at two tables. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax after a day of planning.

Stayed Jun 17, 2018Was a great place to begin our summer vacation. Perfect location to get to the lake, village and other shopping locations. Cabin was clean and had plenty of room for everyone. I would highly recommend this cabin and would rent again.

Stayed Jul 28, 2017This home is the one of the nicest cabin in big bear! The only thing is it's not the cleanest.... when we got here the cleaning crew is still here cleaning but didn't really cleaned the house good. Also, the bedsheets were dirty with stains and crumbs. There are no toiletries so make sure to bring some. There are towels though and plenty of beddings and blankets to keep you warm during the winter. Otherwise, this house is very nice and can accommodate a lot of people. My family enjoyed very much! Also, near groceries, gas station and walking distance to the lake.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969it was a good cabin but there was a lot of problems master bedroom did not have closets it did but they were locked 3 of the bedrooms did not happen closets either the couch upstairs by the pool table was ripped and put together with safety pins very dangerous for little kids one of the cabinet doors had the knob on it that was just placed there and fell as we opened the door . There wre not enough towels for 16 people there were no shampoos or soap or cleaning products there was one dish washing liquid with about a quarter left to be finished some bathrooms hand soap. the hot water sometimes takes a long time to get to the second floor . the thresholds were broken in two of the bedrooms . master bedroom door would not lock . downstairs the kitchen dining area had very bright recessed cans that would not dim. the maintenance people though are very courteous and nice hope these will be taken care of so the next renter will not suffer

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is a beautiful home and was very well equipped with everything you would need for a large gathering. We enjoyed our family celebration very much and came away with wonderful memories for our children and grandchildren alike. Definitely recommend this property.
