Newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath cabin on Portage Lake near Park Rapids, Minnesota. New kitchen and all new flooring in May/June of 2021. Both bathrooms have been remodeled as well. This 2100 square foot cabin has an open floor plan in the main area, with bar seating and a large farmhouse table, sofa seating area, and full size kitchen. Stayed May 23, 2025Located within minutes from Park Rapids and 20 to Itasca. Great amenities, house was perfectly remodeled. Would stay here and and am sure you won’t be disappointed. Parking area is a bit tight, especially if you have a boat and trailer, but do-able.

Stayed Oct 3, 2024We enjoyed our stay very much. We needed a place to relax and unwind and this cabin on Portage Lake did the trick. The cabin itself was nice and clean with pretty much everything a person would need. The sunrise and sunset on the lake was absolutely gorgeous. Would definitely recommend Whispering Pines Cabin.

Stayed Aug 14, 2024We had a great time here!! Well stocked home and lots of indoor and outdoor toys for both kids and adults. The sandy beach, raft, kayaks and paddle boards were the favorites!! The separate 3 season porch was great for the kids to play on the rainy days!
