Property was nice. NotVacasa has lousy customer service. Expect to stay on hold for a long time if anything comes up.

Make sure you take your own wood. They had extra blankets and towels they even had some pods for washing clothes. Not sure about the shampoo and conditioner. One of my kids slept downstairs one night and woke up the next day with a rash on his face. Not sure if it was from the cold downstairs or the 3in1 body wash he used on his face. The upstairs portion of the cabin had plenty of pots, some pans for cooking, even some oil and sugar. They were all out of coffee. But they do have a coffee maker. They have puzzles and games, even some movies. They have a table that seats 6 on the deck outside and a table that seats 6 inside the cabin. Along with a four chair bar table and a mini fridge. The futon and sofa in the living room are not too comfortable, but we made the best out of it By adding extra pillows. The beds in the 2 bedrooms upstairs are pretty comfortable.

This rustic retreat was amazing! Although it fits 8 people, it was just my boyfriend and I. We stayed in one of the bedrooms upstairs and the bed was super comfy! We only made dinner once when we were there but the kitchen was supplied with everything we needed to cook (pots, pans, utensils, etc.) The front porch has rocking chairs that face the sunset and is just beautiful at dusk. On the back patio, you can sit and look at all the stars in the sky. The tv is a smart tv and has Roku all set up for you to use. You can also log into any streaming service you have as well. This house is in a beautiful community. The lake was just stunning, especially at sunset. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice home about an hour from the west entrance to Yosemite (make sure you have reservations to enter the park). One lone deer visited every morning. Not many dining options, but the pizza place has very good wings for a decent price. The local grocery store was well stocked. The cabin itself was nice. A few cobwebs here and there, but that did not bother us. The split (multi-zone) AC system was nice. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash was available in both the upstairs and downstairs showers - no bathtub here. Washer and dryer were available and worked great - some pods was there for guests to use. Great selection of DVD's are on site, but no time to watch them. Kitchen pots/pans were not the greatest, but useable. BBQ grill was available with plenty of propane, so never concerned about running out of gas. It was a bit difficult to get all our luggage up to the main floor access door, although access to the bottom bedroom/laundry/2nd bath was much easier. But you do not want to carry any luggage up the spiral staircase! All in all, we had a lovely time and would stay again. Thank you.

We enjoyed the rustic accommodations and the cabin is relatively close to Yosemite for day excursions. Deer often stroll through the yard. Book YARTS for bus ride into the Yosemite and pickup is nearby if you arent able to get driving reservation. Cabin is clean and confortable- nothing fancy but acceptable. Be prepared for car entry fee; and guests aren't allowed to park at the marina; bring your own condiments (salt & pepper, cooking oil/butter, etc. ); paper plates/bowls. The Mar-Val grocery has decent selection. Power went out 1st day and we arranged for a generator, but PG&E was able to restore power after 3 hrs. Overall, we liked the cabin and would book again.
