The cabin was nice and clean. There was little services, a restaurant in the store on property. The store had limited inventory. There was nowhere to walk by the property. None the less it was comfortable.

Nice little cabin. Needs some updating. Bathroom was very small. The plus was it was close to Redwoid NP.

This property fit the bill for what we needed. A base for hiking and touring the beautiful redwood forests and beaches. The property manager was incredible with advising on what to do in the area (relayed via the app) and it was obvious that she loved the area. The location was on the highway and cabins need upgrading.

The cabin was small, but clean. It was thoughtfully put together.

We loved the Woodland Villas! It was nestled back in the Redwoods, with a General Store down below that served a wonderful breakfast! We didn’t want to stay in a busy city, so this was perfect, yet if you wanted to you could drive 20 miles north to Crescent City. The “Trees of Mystery” museum was right up the road, which was AMAZING!! We would definitely stay here again!

The cabin was immaculate and very cozy. The location was within 25 miles north and south of everywhere I wanted to go. That was very friendly and helpful.

Used this place for a couple nights exploring the Redwoods National and State Parks. Was great to use a base for exploring as it had a built in bathroom compared to other options with communal bathrooms. Location was easy to find right off the highway. Shower and other utilities worked great, just were a bit small but that is nitpicking. There was a weird smell when I first got there but used an air freshener and it cleared right up. Overall happy with my experience!

We loved that it was out in the middle of no where but that also made it hard to find food. So, make sure you bring plenty of snacks. The place is super small - especially the shower - but very clean and the people that worked there were all very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Adorable cabins, nice, clean and cozy. The staff at the market and restaurant were friendly and helpful. The only downfall was there wasn't any soap in the bathroom, but that was easily remedied. The location was excellent for visiting the different sites at Redwood National Park.

This was in the middle of the Redwood National and State Forest. We explored so many awesome trails. It is remote, so if you are looking for finer food and beer, you have to be willing to drive 20 minutes north to Crescent City. This was a perfect base camp for us.

We drove from Sacramento to see the Trees of Mystery. It was the only attraction around and we went through it in a couple hours. It was not worth the 12 hours of driving we did.

I enjoyed my stay. I wish I had stayed longer to view more of the sites and do other events. The next time I stay I would like to stay during the tourist season to participate in the different events of the location. Thanks!

Cute cottages, real good info from manager on things to do. We skipped restaurants in town because it said there was an Italian restaurant property. We’re at first disappointed because it was actually a grocery store with a kitchen in back and table separated by a wall once we got over ourselves, the food was very good and the staff very friendly. The cottage has a strong mildew odor to it when we walked in the door and there was a black mold in the closet area on the wall. Everything was pretty wore out as far as infrastructure didn’t take showers paid for two nights , and left after one. The bed covers up the only outlet on that wall and Space between mattress and the wall threatening to be mildewy not clean. If a remodel is in the works, it’ll be acute roadside when it’s completed

The cabin was quiet and had a comfortable bed. Bathroom was a bit damp and small but the water was hot and everything worked.

We loved the cabin. The location was perfect for exploring all three state parks in Redwood National Park. The folks at the restaurant were kind and helpful, and communication with the host before and during our stay was great. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
