Fully stocked kitchen with everything you will need to prepare meals including crock pot and airfyer. Our dining table that sits 6 with 4 additional bar stools and 1 highchair.

OUTDOOR SPACE
-We have a large slightly down sloped driveway makes for easy access during all seasons and easily fits up to four average size vehicles or three oversized vehicles. In the winter months if it is snowing you will be required to park in the driveway and not the road. Guests must be able to walk up down 1 step to access the front door.
-We have 2 spacious decks with access off both the main level and rec room. Both areas have plenty of seating, a firepit, and BBQ grill.
-We have a level 2 EV charging available for guest at the end of our driveway.
- Our property is down slopped and makes for some great sledding and our deck stairs make for easy access for climbing back up. My kids loved it this winter!

We also have a youth kayak that can hold up to 130 pounds that you may use.
