We had a great winter stay at this cabin! Great location and a quick drive to multiple trailheads, stunning snowy views and wildlife. We really enjoyed theatre room, hot tub, and the responsive hosts. Would definitely recommend and come back! Thanks for a great stay!

The cabin was beautiful! All amenities werre there for use. Everything was very clean and overall just a wonderful experience! I was able to get ahold Ryan anytime I needed through Vrbo and was responded to promptly. We will be back!

Everything was outstanding! The driveway was a challenge and we kept the car at the top after the first go-around.Would have enjoyed more light in the kitchen over the sink and stove areas.A premier property and great location!

Girls weekend with lots of great memories! House was exactly as pictured. Loved the wrap-a-round porch. Enjoyed nearby hiking and the facial/massage at The Inn & Spa at Cedar Falls.

The cabin was perfect in every way. The location was close to the state park and wineries. The cabin had everything you needed plus was very clean. Sitting outside on the porch with the fireplace going made for a perfect night. The movie theater and jacuzzi made for a cozy night. Highly recommend for a big group.

Everything was great. We only had a couple very minor issues. We ran out of propane for the gas grill. I contacted Ryan and he had a new tank delivered very quickly. The light under the microwave was burned out. I’m certain Ryan would have corrected if I had asked. Depending on wind direction, there was a septic smell blowing across the back deck. This was intermittent and very minor. The driveway is steep but not an issue in the warm months. You can park up top if it bothers you. Everything else was fantastic. We had 3 couples and there was no bad bedroom pick. They were all equally desirable. The WiFi was a little weak. We were all overall very happy with our stay.

We had an incredible two night stay in this cabin. Plenty of room inside and out. The cabin was beautiful and SO CLEAN! 10/10 recommend!

We loved our stay at Ellis Edge Cabin. We took our older grandkids for a couple days away with some winter hiking. The cabin was great and so close to Old Man's Cave where we hiked to Cedar Falls and back in a couple inches of snow. Upon our return the hot tub at the cabin was a big hit. The older boys battled for bragging rights at the pool table and enjoyed lounging and watching movies in the theater room. They even made use of the fire pit the first night. The host was very responsive to our questions and very congenial to work with. The entire experience was perfect. The one note to others would be to bring your own shampoo and soap for the showers as those are not provided. But there is a Walmart just 15 minutes away if you find you forgot items and a Kroger a few minutes from Walmart so you don't really need to bring a lot of groceries with you. Grandma Faye's is also close by if you want some snacks or ice cream treats. Highly recommend Ellis Edge for your stay.
