My family and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at this property on Parker Pond from Aug.19-27th. The 4 of us (kids ages 6 and 11) as well as our 2 pups really loved this cozy cabin. The beautiful views from the porch, the great dock to sit and sip coffee and the availability of SUP boards and kayaks were all highlights. Upon arriving we were thrilled to find the handy QR codes that the owner left to explain all of the quirks and amenities of the camp. It's very evident that this camp has been a well-loved home for generations. The only downside to the property was the traffic noise that unfortunately comes across the pond from the roadway on the other side. I only mention this in case travelers are looking for a camp with more quiet. However, it did not deter from the serenity of the property. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

This is our second stay at Ryan's cottage and it was perfect! Self-Check-in is easy and quick and Ryan is very responsive to any communication and very accommodating. The camp was clean and cozy and fully stocked with most everything you need! Recent improvements have created a lovely daylight basement area with sauna and big screen TV. The upstairs is more traditionally campy and cozy and has a great screen porch. There is a new and very nice propane fire-pit. Parker Pond is quiet and lovely, plentiful fishing and lovely kayaking to be had. The dock is easily accessible for most (some stairs but not many) and close to the camp itself. We saw Loons, ducks, an Eagle, a Heron, turtles, fish...lots of fun wildlife to watch for. The little village of Casco is close by and Naples Causeway is not far and has a lot of fun things going on all the time. A lovely vacation and perfect end to our summer!

We had a wonderful time, and especially liked the convenient location. Breezes off Parker Pond were welcome in the summer heat. Screened in porch is a nice feature, and makes the cabin interior seem larger than it is.

Great little cabin on the water. Woke up and read on the dock every morning. Just the right quiet getaway we needed.

We stayed here and it was very scenic! A great place for 2 or less people! Very tight and could use some renovations but fun.

We enjoyed our stay! The house is rustic -- but cute and clean. Having a screened in porch was a great bonus. We spent most of our time outdoors on the deck, dock and water. Great, timely communication with our host. Enjoyed the kayak and paddle boards on the quiet waters. The road is quiet and great for walking the dogs.
