Webb pond is a large 915 acre pond with a depth of 26 feet. With such a shallow depth there are some rocks which is not ideal for larger power boats, although some do water ski and tube. There is a small island about a ten to fifteen minute paddle from shore a great spot to take a picnic lunch or just explore. We have a nice beach in front of the camp where you can swim and cool off. The public beach is just 400 yards away which has sand beach and swim area.

Augie & Maryellen were great host! Their cabin on Webb Pond was in a beautiful peaceful setting. It was a good base camp to easily reach and explore Acadia National Park and the harbor’s. The cabin was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. It was nice to have a washer/dryer to do laundry.

Auggie and Maryellen were great! This camp on the pond was like a little piece of heaven! Views were amazing, beds were comfy and the quiet was divine. We got to see a moon bath on the water with stars shining above. We hope to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay on Webb Pond. The Camp was super clean as advertised, and was a perfect location for us to experience Acadia National Park, the Schoodic Peninsula and Bar Harbor. Hosts were very responsive and helpful and we would highly recommend to friends thinking about visiting the area.

Our family had a lovely time relaxing here. Beautiful views of the lake, and nice little cove to hangout in, which made it feel so secluded. We enjoyed taking the canoes out on the water, and catching a few fish. The cabin was immaculate and so well put together. We had plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, and pots and pans to use! Lots of room to spread out and chill. This was the perfect place for a little rest and reset. We also explored a little bit of Ellsworth and Acadia National Park while there. It was great! Our hosts were awesome!! They made sure we had everything we needed and gave us some good suggestions for the area. I would definitely book this cabin again, it was awesome!!

What a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. Loved the quiet cove - my husband and son went fishing in their downtime. We rented a canoe from Water’s Edge Kayak rentals - super easy and delivered promptly. While most of our adventures were about an hour away, the drive itself wasn’t bad. We loved the Acadian Boat Tour puffin cruise. Also sunrise at Cadillac Mountain and sunset at Schoodic Point. The cottage was very clean with everything we needed. Just a side note - I missed it when I booked - no AC or WiFi. Not a deal breaker. Had enough service to research where we wanted to go the next day. And fans are provided in every bedroom/living room. Was only really hot one of our 7 days. I would book it again. Thank you for sharing your quiet cottage with us!

My husband and I were more than pleased with this wonderful cabin, as well as the friendliness of our hosts. We found this home to be centrally located to every place we visited, from Bar Harbor, Camden, Rockland to the south, Jonesport to the north, and Bangor itself. We had every thing we needed here, and Ellsworth was close by. My husband caught three very nice 14” largemouth bass at our beach, which was definitely a perk in his opinion. Would not hesitate to stay here again! Thank You!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was somewhere between cabin and cottage - a great place to stay right on the lake.
