Absolutely amazing property. Anyone would love this property. The average review rating reflects a difference in values and principles. The hot tub only worked part of the time we were at the cabin, which was the primary reason we booked this particular cabin. Now, the reason the hot tub was broken was it was apparently vandalized and some wires were cut - which was absolutely no fault of the property management. However, while it was no fault of property management, property management should have owned this issue correctly and not made us absorb it. This is where a partial refund should have been given for the 1.5 days it was out of service and then needing to heat up again (which took another 1/2 day). We paid the full asking price when booking but did not receive the full amenities (and the hot tub was the primary amenity we cared about that caused us to book this cabin). Offering to let us check out later (which was later rescinded) was not an appropriate offer since we had work commitments to honor - and even if we didn't, it still wasn't appropriate. Our vacation was over at that point. Sometimes it isn't worth trying to collect every single dollar you can. A partial refund should have been given (and I'm guessing you probably know this to some degree). It's sad that a difference in values can have such an effect on an otherwise wonderful trip and cabin.

This was the perfect cabin. Had everything we could ever want out of a cabin and didn't have any bears get in our cars . Hope we get the chance to come back one day!

We absolutely loved our stay! The cabin was cute, clean, and so cozy. Our favorite part was the beautiful stream running right beside the house—the sound and the view made the whole stay feel extra peaceful. The host was very responsive, and the WiFi worked great, which was a nice bonus for such a quiet, remote spot.A quick tip for future visitors: the property can be a little tricky to find at night. The written directions mention a gate, but it’s actually a chain between two posts, and the house numbers are pretty faded, which threw us off. Swapping them for reflective numbers would make arrival much easier—especially since there’s no cell service once you get on the gravel road.Overall, a wonderful stay and we’d definitely come back!

Creek ford was a little different, would have drove one of the trucks but was able to cross without difficulty. Very quiet and peaceful. Clean and nicely appointed with decore and furnishings.

The cabin was well appointed. The kitchen was great to cook in. Being the first weekend in May, the deck was still caked with spring pollen. The hot tub needs a lot of servicing and cleaning. We enjoyed our stay, but will not stay again because the road to the cabin crosses through the creek, not over the water and the creek was running hard and deep,

We were very disappointed with a few things. The hot tub was freezing cold, we turned on the heat when we got there and it never got above 70 degrees. The children played in it a little but it was so cold. The shower head in the master upstairs bedroom was so low it was really hard to shower. Also the tv in the upstairs bedroom was only a screen saver, very disappointing. The queen and 3rd bedroom neither had a tv. Also the living room tv played only Roku selected movies. Very disappointed from the way it was advertised and what it really turned out to be once we got there. We payed a lot of money to have so many things to have been unexpectedly different. Very disapointed!!

Beautiful property in secluded but not too remote location. Beautiful cabin with all the conveniences we needed, internet was ok, a little spotty, but overall good enough to stream shows, check email, and research the area. Convenient to the falls, trails, and Helen, GA. Nice creek with fire pit on premises, perfect for s'mores night. Would definitely recommend for a nice getaway near Helen, GA.
