Everything was wonderful related to our stay at this property. The home was very nice and had everything we needed. They front deck was great to relax and enjoy tge fresh area. The location to the lakes was also a plus. The contact with the host and the check-in process could not be any better. We are planning to stay at this property again.

We needed an escape and truly needed some relaxation and this was the perfect place for that. Kitchen was fully stocked eith everything we needed. The home has 3 bedrooms but we only used one and it was very confortable. The living space was our most used space as i did a lot of reading and binge watching there. Bathrooms were very nice and comfortable. Although it was colder than we would have liked the house was super cozy and just the perfect getaway. One of the highlights was also how accesible, helpful and understanding Danielle (host) was. A definite return is in the works!

We had an excellent time despite less than ideal weather. So much to do in the cabin-Wii, shuffle board, games- thanks for a truly relaxing vacation!

This cabin was pure magic for my family! My 3rd and 4th graders absolutely loved hanging out in the bunk room & the game room, playing board games together and building fires. How we know this is an owner-operated home by people who understand their guests: clocks in every room, full-length mirrors, scissors in the drawer, lots of blankets, cold compress in the freezer, fantastic cookware and appliances, EVERYTHING you possibly need. We loved the sledding hill and being so close to Great Wolf Lodge. Local restaurants were great! Everything was clean and comfy. My kids are already asking when we can go back.

My family was celebrating our mother’s 70th birthday. The pictures upload on VRBO doesn’t do any justice! This home is simply AMAZING! Danielle was very detailed with every single thing in the home-even the small things. We had everything we needed and more! This home is peaceful, super clean and the arcade room was great! Danielle’s response was impeccable! The access to this home was very simply! We had a fabulous time and will definitely be back!!

Enjoyed everything

Our stay was perfect! This home was so clean and comfortable. My husband and I were looking for a nice quiet spot and we got just that! Highly recommend! Home owners were a pleasure to work with!

There was only one issue there was an outdoor fire ban would have liked to had a campfire other than that the property the owners everything was excellent we enjoyed our stay immensely and so did our pet scrappy he was very happy

The Knotty Pine Poconos cabin could not have been any cozier, more convenient or fun for the whole family. This was our first trip to the Poconos and this cabin and community stole our hearts. The house is charming, very clean and so well considered for guests. The little touches were so sweet- from the iconic pancakes to the books and legos in the kids’ room closet. The game room and golf cart amenities are particularly exceptional if traveling with kids, and the gated porch was so nice for our dog! Our corgi was able to spend time outside with us, without having to leash her. We were there in the summer and the community amenities were incredible. We enjoyed the (3) pools, local beaches and evening events!Above and beyond the lovely property, the hosts were so communicative and accommodating. They seem to really care about the guest experience and take pride and joy in hosting. We can’t wait to return to this charming oasis! Definitely rent the golf cart- it was one of the highlights of our trip. So convenient and we felt like “locals” when exploring the community events (which there were many)! Highly recommend this cozy stay.

Perfect. Adorable. All the comforts of home. Beds very comfy. First time my grandson slept in a big boy bed. He loved it. His reaction when he came in….awesome!

Wonderful time spent with family. Cabin is perfect place to unwind. It was the most “guest centered” place I’ve stayed. Phone changers in each room, well stocked kitchen, pancake breakfast as a welcome gift, I could go on! Hosts were incredibly responsive and directions for check in were super easy! The Knotty Pine property was exactly as listed! We used the kitchen for all our meals and we had everything we needed! We had age ranges from 12 to 18. There was something for everyone to enjoy! We went to the pools, kayaked, & used the rec center. At the house, we enjoyed the use of the firepit, the game room in the garage; the golf cart rental is a must! We had so much fun. Thank you Danielle & Dave! You were grrat hosts. We look forward to returning.

We loved our stay at the Knotty Pine cabin! Its quiet and comfortable. We rented the golf cart to get around which was fun. There's so much available to do at the cabin. We played games (board and game room), watched the kids channel with our grandkids on TV. We made a campfire and roasted marshmallows, took the kids to the island pool. We watched the deer and hunted for bugs. We wanted to connect with our family and this environment is perfect. We all had a great time!

Family time away in the Poconos. This home had everything to make the time special. The homeowners included many amenities and things to do while staying in a clean, comfortable and cozy environment. It was a lovely place to gather and enjoy family time!

Absolute fantastic home! Danielle and Dave thought of everything to make it clean, beautiful, and enjoyable. Make sure you ask if amenities are open during your stay. We stayed during the weekday the beginning of June and the pools were not open. Had some tears from my littles and a bit of disappointment, but quickly got over it and made a good time of it.

our weekend at the knotty pine was very nice, house was clean , owner communicated well, despite the bad weather we had a great time. would recommend to anyone looking for a nice cabin in a quiet area.

My son and I wanted to do a get a way and found Knotty Pine Cabin. So happy we picked this one. There wasn’t a thing we reached for that wasn’t there. The cabin is comfortable and very rustic. With three bedrooms and two full baths it would definitely be large enough for an entire family. The garage game room was terrific and we spent a lot of time there playing shuffle board and video games. If the weather had cooperated we would have had a nice time sitting on the front porch in the rockers or by the firepit. All of the comfort of home plus nice touches like a pancake breakfast ready to make compliments of the ow era. Danielle was extremely responsive before and Siri g our stay. I can’t say enough about our 3 relaxing days.

This is our 4th time staying at Arrowhead lake and we were looking for that special place we want to keep coming back to, and we found it. Not only was the cabin clean, but the little things is what separated it from our other stays. Quality of the kitchen items, pancake mix (which was so good), coffee, filled brita in fridge, games, extra blankets, game room. Clearly the host have taken care in anticipating what their guest need and them some. If you are looking for a place for your next vacation, we highly recommend The Knotty Pine Cabin.

We had the most amazing stay @ The Knotty Pine! Although the weather was inclement we had a wonderful weekend. The hosts are exceptionally detailed with the beauty of their home & the little details throughout their house. First time staying here & we will be coming back! A beautiful newley removated cabin. Everything was perfect! The owners are so thoughtful, they made sure to have any and everything you could possibly need there waiting for you. I would highly recommend 10/10.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. This trip was our family Christmas gift, mostly for our 3 year old little girl who desperately wanted to go sledding. The Knotty Pine did not disappoint! We loved the availability of the sledding hill right in the community with all the privacy we could have ever dreamed of. We are very much home-bodies so staying at a house that really felt like home was so important to us- this house was exactly that. Danielle and Dave have truly thought of everything you could possibly need or want during your stay. Danielle was very responsive and informative from the very beginning; she took the time to respond to any and all questions, send reminders and check in. Mostly, she was so kind, thoughtful and went above and beyond to add a little extra magic to our trip for our little one. We would absolutely stay again.

Just returned from a 3-night stay with my wife and two young boys (3 and 6). We absolutely loved our stay at the Knotty Pine Cabin. The hosts have thought of everything - from the pancake mix to the games and firewood - if you're looking for a great stay in the Poconos, look no further. This was a cold, snowy, mid-January stay. Looks like even more fun and activities to be had at Arrowhead Lake during the warmer months, there was plenty to keep us occupied and having fun with our 2 boys on this stay as well. If there is enough snow on the ground, definitely find your way to the community's sledding hill. This was our first trip to the Poconos with our boys - I'm sure we will be making more, and will definitely look to book this property again if it is available.

Danielle and Dave were wonderful to communicate with and made the process of planning a much needed getaway so easy and straightforward. The cabin was clean, cozy, charming and had all the makings of home. It's obvious that careful thought has been given to the details of the cabin and the homemade pancake mix sitting out and waiting was so sweet! Looking for a quiet stay in a secluded spot but close enough to entertainment and amenities? The Knotty Pine Cabin is all that and more. Cabin was pristine in condition and cleanliness, and the hosts thought of everything - just pull up, walk in , and decompress. Christmas shopping occupied us while we stayed in to watch Christmas movies in the evening. Well stocked game room provided other options. Didn't get to use the golf cart, but we can see how useful it is for lake and beach access. My wife and I now have a problem - I like to try new things, and she wants to return here again. She might win this one...

This was a lovely place to stay for our mini honeymoon! The host was very kind and even left us a thoughtful surprise for when we arrived. The fallen leaves, string lights and ambiance made it like it was out of a book. We mostly stayed in, enjoyed the cozy weather and watched some movies, but the travelers binder was very helpful with restaurants nearby and other fun things to do around the Poconos.

The property was everything we hoped it would be. The kitchen was well stocked, as was the bathrooms. We enjoyed exploring the community on the golf cart. Since the weather was rather gloomy, we took advantage of all the games the host provided. In between the raindrops, we relaxed on the front porch in the rocking chairs (even got to see quite a few deer). Would highly recommend! Danielle was a pleasure to work with and was always quick to respond to my questions.

We fully enjoyed our stay at this lovely cabin. It was emulate and had every item you could every need was included. Fully loaded with wonderful games to play during rain. The golfcart was fun to use to explore the area during the good weather. Can't wait to book this cabin again the the future! Plan to visit during summer to have use of the pools and beach/lake. Our pup also enjoyed her stay!

Nice reset for the new school year!

Lovely cabin with great amenities. Family of 5 and we were quite comfortable. Hostess was very attentive to all our needs. Will be planning a return trip in 2025.

Our family of 6 had a great time spending the week, 4 days almost wasn’t long enough! Definitely recommended getting the golf cart! There’s so much to see and do the kids loved hoping on and exploring! The cottage had everything we could’ve asked for and the communication on anything we needed while there was almost instant! Can’t wait to go back. Also, the best pancakes!
