Stayed Mar 24, 2023I booked this property because of the jacuzzi so we could use it after a long day of snowboarding and unfortunately it was not working. It ended up having a leak and maintenance had to be contacted for assistance because the water wouldn’t stop running and leaking. Loved the place but super bummed as I had other properties in mind but was drawn to this one because of the hot tub. Otherwise, it was a fantastic stay!

Stayed Oct 15, 2021Cute place. Exactly what the pictures show. Great location. We had a couple hiccups with the refrigerator being unplugged and not cold, the jacuzzi not being warm, stains on sheets, and water leaking from a light in the kitchen, but the property manager was very responsive in fixing these things. Would stay at a destination big bear property again. ** make sure to get your parking pass from the on-site office after arriving to the property. Somehow I missed that in the LONG text and it was not verbally told to me at check in. I think that is something they could add to what they tell you verbally when checking in a destination big bear. Overall good experience.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Property was exactly like the pictures - clean and well equipped. It’s a bit dated but we didn’t mind because the location was excellent. 5 min walk to Snow Summit. We’d definitely stay here again!
