Stayed May 14, 2026We stayed here for my daughter's graduation weekend. The cabin is truly amazing inside and offers plenty of room for everyone. We were mostly doing graduation gatherings, lunches, dinners and parties, etc so we actually didn't spend much time at the cabin but the time that we did spend there was really nice. It is definitely hidden away and a little tricky to get to but once you are there it is a bit of a haven. Probably the best stocked kitchen for pots, pans, utensils of any rental I have ever stayed at. The upper deck was really nice even though we only got to enjoy it for a very short time with our busy schedule. The owners were super responsive when we had 1 little issue and that was great.Wish we had learned about this place 5 yrs ago when my daughter started college in Manhattan because we would have booked it for our visits.

Stayed Dec 12, 2025We loved it. Everything was great and we liked how secluded it was. We stayed for our daughter’s graduation from K-State. Just for the record, I did beat my wife at air hockey.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a great time at this secluded retreat. Our family came to Manhattan for the K-state football game and stayed the weekend here. Very private with great views of the lake. The house was stunning and the attention to detail from the host did not go unnoticed. All the necessary amenities were available and then some. We will definitely be back!

Stayed Jun 21, 2024We loved the property and was the perfect size for us and our two teenagers. Enough space to be together or spread out for quiet time. It is comfortable and nicely secluded with a lake view.
