Walk to the lake or hike/bike the nearby trails steps out the front door!

Cabin clean and cozy! Appreciated being able to bring our dogs. Enjoyed the trails outside the cabin.

Amenities were as advertised, in a great location, and in good condition. The host was very communicative and clear with her instructions.

Cozy little cabin close to great hiking trails

We thought the cabin was so cozy and fun, even my husband who doesn’t like renting cabins as much as I do The location was terrific for everything we wanted to do, and we loved the area.The cabin was clean, the beds were comfortable, the shower was great, and we had everything we needed inside. The hostess was a pleasure to communicate with and very helpful. She even managed to arrange for perfect weather for us, ha ha. If our kids had still been young, they would’ve loved all the kid goodies tucked away in drawers and cabinets and the two beds in the loft. But we are still young at heart so we enjoyed the goodies and the loft ourselves anyway. Thanks very much Liz!

The cabin was not clean. The furniture was dirty and the floors were not moped. The outside should of been swept as well

Phenomenal little cabin, tucked away off of the hectic and busy lakefront Avenue. Perfectly situated back up in the woods with great little hiking trails directly in front of the cabin. Well maintained, stocked and cared for.

This place is perfect. We were able to drive and walk to explore a lot of Tahoe and Truckee. Communicating with Liz was very easy. We had a great stay with our 11&13 year old boys.

The cabin is ok.Location is not very good, hard to find.The parking is stricky. It’s tucked to the corner and space to turn around big enough but bumpy so you should park outside and walk up.

Cute place, great location, responsive host. The house was exactly as described. It was a perfect launching spot for seeing the sights and enjoying the lake and everything the area has to offer. We had a great week.

Close to the beach and ofc, so many trails nearby. We hiked and grilled everyday and this was a perfect small cabin for me, husband and the dog. Thanks!

The cabin was nice and quaint. Perfect for the little getaway my wife and I had planned. Everything we needed was there and very comfortable. The hostess was great and attentive. She was very pleasant to deal with and answer our questions. We will be back for sure but will bring our daughter for the next trip!

Very cute nostalgic cabin. My boys loved all the board games and legos. The loft was so fun. We found it very comfortable, tidy and well appointed.

We had a great time here. The cabin was perfect for our family of three. It was cozy, easy to find, and had what we needed for our trip. We will plan to come back for the summer.

We would definitely come back again! Perfect place if you're traveling with a small dog. Close walk to the beach and to the forest. We appreciated the flexibility with check in and check out times. The bed might not be the best for a longer stay and having just one bathroom might be complicated if you are traveling with more than two people. But other than that, we'd highly recommend this place.

Forgot to review after my trip. I was here in August for 5 nights. Good location - walk to beach or drive under 30 minutes to lots of hiking trails. There were some trails connected to the property where I could do walks in the afternoon without having to load up the car. Would stay again. Small but comfortable. Could probably use another floor fan and I did have an issue being able to use the door from kitchen to backyard which would've been nice.

Liz's cabin is tucked away in a charming wooded area of pine trees and aspens. It's a short walk to the main street, yet feels miles away, near restaurants galore and Kings Beach. This cozy cabin is tastefully appointed and welcoming the moment you step inside. Hostess Liz is super responsive and accommodating!

Great place in the heart of Kings Beach. Quant cabin retreat with lovely hiking right outside your door. Convenient to all locales on north side.

The cabin is very sweet. Liz, the host is available and receptive. It is very close to trails and not far from the beach. We were there in September so it was quiet and no nobody else was there which helped with privacy. We loved it. 💖

This little cabin was great for our 7 days in the Lake Tahoe area. The location was better than expected—close to many good restaurants and hiking trails (our focus). The host was terrific to deal with. Very responsive to one little issue we had. She attended to it immediately and resolved the issue. The cabin was in a quiet neighborhood and we could walk to many of the places we wanted to go. Best for just a couple.

This place exceeded my expectations, for sure! The size was just right for my family of four (we have a 6-yo and a 4-yo) and small dog. The amenities were also good. The location was amazing - walking distance to sandy beach and hiking trail and a short drive to Safeway, good restaurants, mini golf course, and a dog-friendly beach. The owner was very communicative. We'd definitely stay here again!
