It’s always a bit of a gamble booking a place in Big Bear—photos can be deceiving, and more often than not, you show up to find something dated and worn. That wasn’t the case with this cabin. Everything was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as pictured. No musty smells, a fresh and beautiful kitchen, and an overall welcoming feel. The hosts were super responsive and accommodating, which made the stay even better. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.Great location for visiting Snow Summit!

The good: We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was quiet and comfortable if somewhat less glamorous than the pictures (kudos to the photographer). Walking to Snow Summit was amazing! The less good: There was a decent list of maintenance needed. Most impactful for us was that the queen bed was broken and made sleeping there uncomfortable. Worrying was an exposed screw point in the top bunk where our daughter slept.

I went up here with both of my 12 and 14-year-old boys and two of their friends. We rode for 3 days at summit Bike Park. Perfect location, parked the car didn't leave other than to go to the store. Rode our bikes to and from the lifts. And they have a perfect shed connected to the house out back to lock bikes in overnight and or snowboard gear. The place was comfortable and clean and the hosts were very responsive.

The host we very communicative and super friendly. Looked like they had some bad guests before us cause the back of the couch was broken, dishwasher was broken, and looked like the glass shower door got broken, which they replaced with a shower curtain. New couch hadn't arrived yet, but I was just super thankful they didn't cancel on us! House was great for families and lots of cooking supplies in the kitchen so we were able to make some meals easily. Also it was very close to the mountain, so it was very convent to take my baby back for her nap. Had a great time and would definitely stay again!
