Walk to Lake & Town – Family Cabin w/ Game Room, Hot Tub, Deck & Fenced Yard

Home was fully stocked with items we may have needed. Home was clean and spacious. I liked the late check out time.

This home had everything we needed and then some. Kitchen was fully stocked.

The host, Rochelle, was responsive, and even helped us order our Thanksgiving meal. I would recommend this cabin to friends and family. The neighborhood is quiet and everything is within walking distance: the grocery store, pizza, bowling, the lake, etc.

The cabin was very clean and neat . It was fully stocked with all you would need for a weekend getaway . We came fully prepared with what we would need but the hostelss kitchen was fully equipped. There was a game room with a pool table. We had a good time and would definitely book this cabin again .

We stood at this house for my birthday vacation with my family. It was a nice quiet neighborhood, nice cozy home, lots of games to do with the family. Nice cozy hot tub. Not the big hard shell kind, but we still appreciated it. We would definitely go back. Rochelle the one owns or runs the home is good at responding, not quick but good enough to get my questions answered, so i appreciate that. Check-in/out was easy & it was a lock box. House was clean and fully stocked with everything you would need (toilet paper, paper towels/napkins, hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash,towels, pots n pans,seasonings, everything except bring your own food, drinks, snacks & whatever extra you need. Lile Tylenol, ibuprofen, pepto...etc. We had our little Frenchie doggie with us as well. Thanks Rochelle, we will be back nxt summer!

Location was perfect walking distance to so much. Place was clean and as described. Check in and check it was easy.

Wanted an easy quick getaway. And we wanted to be able to jump into the lake (which you cannot do at Lake Arrowhead without resident lake access). The kids loved being able to walk to the store to get milkshakes in the afternoon after a fun day playing at the lake obstacle course. We cooked at the house every night. Glad we brought our own cooking knives. But the kitchen was well stocked.

From check in to check out everything was perfect. 3 bears cabin has everything you need for a great vacation! No small thing is unnoticed from usb chargers in each room, spa towels, local restaurant guides, basic condiments in the fridge, this place is literally the best. We have been staying here yearly since 2012 and cant wait to keep coming back.

Everything was perfect family and dog loved the place. Will definitely be back.

This cabin feels like your own family cabin. You really feel like you're on vacation up in the mountains in this charming place that has managed to maintain many of it's original, rustic features, while modernizing areas of comfort (bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, hot tub, ping pong, billiards, wifi, etc). My kids LOVE counting all the bear-themed items throughout and playing with the amazing collection of games and activities. Rochelle is a great owner/manager - kind, communicative, and very responsive. This is our 2nd time at this location and we hope to come back again next year. Location is perfect, the property has lots of space, the house stays cool on it's own in the hot summer, and the warm evenings on the deck are so peaceful. We were able to walk everywhere without needing the car, so this is definitely a central spot. Thanks Rochelle for a fantastic stay!!

The overall stay was GREAT. The downfall for our family was we are light sleepers and the fans were all really loud (there is no AC and it got ip to 80 in the house). The fans in the livingroom definitely helped cooling off that space. The beds were more firm than we are used to so none of us slept well. Rochelle was very nice, made it so we had everything we needed, which was an unexpected surprise. It was clean. Having the game room and ping pong was awesome! The lake is SO close (it was PACKED) on Saturday so plan accordingly. The town itself had good food nearby and i could spend HOURS in The Market!

The property was very comfortable and perfect for our family. We loved the games and the yard and the deck was lovely. It was well situated, walking distance to the grocery store, playground, basketball and tennis court, and skate park, and restaurants. Also to the main street and the cute stores. The visit was totally relaxing and we loved the experience.

The cabin was exactly as listed. The cabin was clean, and had great room games, like pool, foodball, connect four and horseshoe. Rochelle our host was great with communication, she even provided us recommendations for local grocery stores with locations and time of operations. Our flight was delayed several hours and alerted our host to ensure we had no check-in issues. She was nice enoigh to go to the rental and turn the heaters on in the house and leave the lights on so we were not arriving to a cold pitch black home. Overall a great stay in a quite little mountain town!

Great cabin. Close to everything. Stayed in the winter and had no issues what so ever. Lots of activities inside the cabin and out.

Spacious cabin, lots of rooms and bathrooms. Loved the game room with the pool table! Spacious front yard and deck. Very close to the beautiful lake and the amazing local supermarket. Thank you for the memories!

Nice comfy cabin. We had 5 adults and it was plenty of room for all. It has many activities that you can do at the cabin when you are not at the lake. The location is great within walking distance to the market and a couple of doors down from a great Mexican food restaurant that we really enjoyed. The cabin had everything we needed. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars across the board was because we were unable to use the soft tub in the evening. The fumes from the high amount of chlorine/pool, chemical fumes were so overwhelming that it burned our eyes before we could get in, and after my son went in for a couple of minutes it irritated his skin and he had to get out. Other than that it was a great family time. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect cabi right next to the lake!! Great weekend!!!

We spent a week at the cabin - two seniors, two adults and two 4-year-old boys. The cabin was a great size. Plenty of room for all of us to be together or not. Front porch was nice for sitting out and the yard was great for our dog and the boys to go “dino hunting.” Kitchen was well stocked. Nice location for walking to lake, playground and great grocery store for all needs and afternoon ice cream. Rochelle was very receptive to a couple comments we made and thank you for a nice week.
