Vintage Waterfront Cabin on Lake Nahwatzel! Private dock and gorgeous views!

Great location. Quiet and peaceful with nice views.

Beautiful location and funky but fun and comfortable old cabin. Dock access to the lake is awesome for swimming and boating if you bring your own gear. We brought two inflatable stand up paddle boards and it worked out great.Kitchen is well enough equipped, standard stuff for a rental, nothing fancy but functional. Electric grill on the deck worked better than I thought it might at first glance.Kim was super helpful and very responsive to any and all questions before and during our stay.No potable water is a bit of a hassle but plan ahead and bring plenty for cooking and drinking and tooth brushing etc.Will definitely stay here again!

Our stay was fantastic! We had some rain, but it didn’t stop the fun! Cabin is adorable. I love Lake Nahwatzel as we had a cabin there in the 60-70s. I will be back! Kim, the host was always available! Thank you!!!!!

Stayed at this cabin with my wife and 5 year old daughter for our summer vacation. This was our second trip to Lake Nahwatzel and some how was even better than the first! The cabin is perfect! I said it perfect! From the moment I reached out to the property manager ( Kim) to the very last minute at the house as my daughter sat on the stairs crying daddy I dont wanna leave! Kim was great, very promt, informative and kind. I really appreciated that. So thank you Kim! the cabin is just that a cabin, until you arrive and realize its really just a slice of heaven that the owners are kind enough to share. It had everything you needed for a week. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, grill, outside seating you name it. it does not have a dishwasher, washer or dryer and the water is not drinkable.... If those things are a deal breaker then maybe this is not for you. But for my family it was everything we wanted and more. The lake if you have not been, is beautiful, maybe the best in the state. Clean, warm and just beautiful. My daughter swam, played and fished until she passed out! Only to do it again the next day. Do your self and your family a favor and book now, its worth every penny. Great location, fantastic and easy access to water. The space worked well for us. The porch/dock is a little more outdated than we thought from the pictures.

Amazing cabin with all the comforts of home. Location allows for many outdoir adventures. We will be back.

The location on the lake and the view from the cabin are both exceptional. Communication was excellent all through the process including registering, directions, and what to use and how to use the things at the property. Everything was clean and in working order. Had a wonderful time and would return.

Everything about this property is exactly as it appears in the photos. It was a perfect place to spend a couple of days, taking deep breaths and enjoying the company of old friends! We will definitely return!

We had a great weekend there, enjoying the scenery, catching large trout and paddling kayaks. We definitely want to come back again.

This place was perfect for my family of 5. We have a great time from the moment we arrived. If there was any question or concern the owner would immediately get back to us. Our stay was amazing. The home was exactly as advertised. We spent time outside on the deck grilling some food and time on the dock catching fish like there was no tomorrow. The kids loved playing in the loft and waking up to the great views. This place has given my family great memories. And we’re so thankful. We already can’t wait to come back! We had a great time at at lake Nahwatzel and the area. We had four beautiful days hiking in the mountains and enjoying the clear clean lake water. The camp was cozy, a throw back in time to my youth.

We had a great stay at the cabin for our anniversary. We love Lake N! We brought the kids with us this year. The kids caught some trout and we all went out on our paddle boards. Such a great weekend!

We've been staying at this cabin once a year for a number of years now and have gotten to feel at home there. The additional parking spaces are a much appreciated addition. The view and location can't be beat. Great place to watch the stars at night after a day playing in the water. The property manager is local, and responds promptly to any requests. There is a fun little bar/restaurant just down the road within easy walking distance if you dont feel like cooking. If youre looking for a low key, reasonably priced lakefront stay you cant go wrong.
