Nestled in a secluded bay, framed by woodlands and a grassy backyard that slopes down to the sunny swim platform on our brand-new boat dock, this corner lot features enviable privacy and seclusion. Make a fire with our freely provided timber logs, and count the stars as the sun sets over dramatic rolling mountains from our westward-facing property.

Entering the home, you’ll see why it’s perfect for hosting large gatherings. The kitchen is spacious and professionally equipped, with plenty of indoor and outdoor dining space. The living room features a stacked stone fireplace and comfy seats to snuggle into movie nights on the smart TV. And don’t forget the epic game room - with a pool table, ping pong, foosball, board games, and more.

Spread out in our 9 beds, each featuring comfortable mattresses with luxurious pillows and bedding. Each room has window shades and ample plugs for charging your electronics. It’s your vacation - you deserve the sleep of your dreams.

✔ #3 Downstairs game suite: one (1) queen bed and two (2) twin beds with en-suite bathroom. Featuring the pool table, ping pong, and foosball, this room is perfect for youngsters.

✔ #4 Downstairs twin room: two (2) twin beds with attached closet and dresser. Shares bathroom with downstairs master.

The spacious, fully-equipped kitchen includes all the utensils and devices you need, along with an air fryer, oven, stove tops, dish washer, Keurig coffee dispenser, and more. Grill master duty No problem. Fire up our Weber three-burner and flip burgers from the lakeside veranda. Dine together at our indoor dining table or pick a chair on our 90ft porch.

Amble through our grassy backyard with 250ft of shoreline to our brand-new boat dock. With a sunny swim platform, shaded sitting area with dimmable party lights, easy in-out aqua steps, and complimentary usage of kayaks, paddle boards, floats, fishing gear, and skiing / tubing / wake boarding equipment, you’ll be laughing ’til the sun goes down. Feel free to bring or rent your own boat and jet skis, and park them in your designated 28’ boat slip.

The home includes a one-car carport and an outdoor private parking area that fits six (6) additional cars, with space for boat trailer storage. This spacious corner property has ample land to spread out and feel complete privacy.

Have no fear - you can drive right up to the front door and enter with zero steps. The main floor features three bedrooms, including the downstairs master suite, and the 100ft outdoor patio is also accessible with no steps. We designed our property to be relaxing and open to all.

⚓ WATER SEASONALITY ⚓
November through April is the “off season,” when lake water depth decreases by 5 feet. Luckily Dreamland Cove has deep waters, and our brand-new dock features year-round water access. During the off season small crafts like kayaks and paddle boards can easily navigate, and launch from our convenient side-yard lagoon area. Motorized boats can still park in our boat slip during the off season, though accessing our stationary dock from the water may be somewhat inconvenient due to the shallower depth. Watts Bar Lake begins to rise in April, and generally reaches full depth during the first week of May.

Safety is our top priority, and any children (18 years or younger) must be supervised at all times by an adult or legal guardian. The owners and property managers of this property are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during your stay, including those within the home, outdoor property, or lake area.
