Vintage 1937 Rustic/Updated Cabin on Lake Hamilton. Dock, Fishing, Pet Friendly!

The host, Skip, was really nice and helpful. He made us feel very welcome and even stocked the fridge with milk, eggs, bacon, and OJ! Loved the vintage, rustic feel of the cabin. The bed was comfortable and bedding was clean.

This place and pictures of are very deceiving. Five points may have been nice at one point, but it is not being maintained. It was cold on our stay but they had the fireplace turned off for the spring. The cabin smelled like a wet dog and was very dirty. The veiws were not very nice because the trees are growing all over wild and closing up any good veiws. Then our check out morning the roaches came out VERY NASTY! I guess we didnt see that the whole trip because we tried to stay away from the nasty place beings we were stuck there.

Such a great little spot nestled in the woods lakeside - the owner Skip was so helpful and kind. He adjusted our dates due to an issue and was very welcoming when we arrived. Great spot and great people running it. The breakfast fixins were such a nice touch. We'll be back!

I will be back. I wish I had found this place sooner. Not only did I have a comfortable stay with beautiful views, I absolutely adore the owners. So nice, accommodating and felt like family.

Quiet and relaxing! Dog friendly, so that was a huge plus for us. The cabin has everything you need and the “breakfast fixins” was such a kind touch. The owner was kind and very knowledgeable about the area. Communication was quick and clear! There is no digital check in or check out, the road leading in and out of the property is full of potholes so beware! 10/10 stay, will return!

We stayed here with our 8 month old for a few days while we were visiting the hot springs. Location is a great mix of feeling like you're in the woods but close to the National Park and other amenities. Skip was very responsive to any needs we had. The cabin is appropriately rustic yet comfortable.

We really enjoyed out stay. The fridge stocked with breakfast foods was a real plus. The fireplace was awesome

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this comfortable cabin, which was the perfect size for myself, my husband and small dog. So peaceful, and it feels a million miles away from the hustle of the nearby town. But the location is so easy and quick, if/when we wanted to run back to town for supplies, or visit the mountain trails and the Hot Springs bathhouses. Host Skip is amazingly communicative and helpful, and full of tips and recommendations to make the most of our (sadly very short) stop here, amid a crosscountry driving trip. And the breakfast fixins’ are substantial and much appreciated. We definitely hope to come back, and spend more time here !
