Stayed Dec 27, 2025This is a very beautiful house with breathtaking views! We really enjoyed staying here for part of our vacation. It was super easy to get in and we had no problems. It was such a bonus to be able to park our car in a garage. We had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend for others. 1 thing to note is there are extra fees if you wish to use the fireplace and grill. Please note I'm new to using VRBO so its possible maybe I missed it. I just saw the part where it said no hidden fees so I did not continue to look and see if anything was extra. But definitely a nice place to stay and easy to get to! And again, the views are just amazing!

Stayed May 19, 2025We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was very spacious and comfortable. It was REALLY nice having a garage in which to park our car. The deck was wonderful for enjoying the scenery and wildlife. This is a very peaceful place to stay and unwind, while still being very close to shopping and restaurants. Christy was very quick in responding to any questions or inquiries. The next time we're in Pagosa Springs, we'll certainly try to stay here!
