There is ample parking for up to 4 vehicles. Driveway is gravel. The last curve on the residential road up to the property is fairly steep, so 4x4 or all-wheel drive is recommended during wet, snowy, or icy conditions.

The property is tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood. There is adequate separation between the neighbors for a good amount of privacy. The cabin sits upon a half acre in the pines. There is virtually no foot traffic. It is common to see deer roaming the neighborhood.

There is no sidewalk accessibility upon exiting the property, so a vehicle is recommended to access the attractions of Ruidoso both far and near. Ruidoso community center playground is a 2 minute drive. Ruidoso dog park is a 7 minute drive away. Hiking trails that are a short drive away are: Grindstone lake trails, Ruidoso River Trail, and Cedar Creek Trails.

This cabin is a part of a quiet residential community. Please do not rent this cabin if you intend to make noise into the late evening or early morning.
