Twin Retreat Cabin 1: Hot Tub, Fire Pit, Golf Shangri La, Boat Grand Lake

The perfect getaway.

The cabin was awesome. Very accessible The hot tub was wonderful and hot upon arrival. The bathrooms floors were heated which was wonderful when getting out of the shower. Josh was amazing. Very available and helpful. Questions were answered quickly with solutions

These cabins offer everything. You do not need to bring anything with you except clothes and smaller amenities. We have stayed at two of these cabins. They are clean, absolutely beautiful and well priced. We were very pleased from booking to checking out. It is perfectly located on Monkey Island as well. I want to thank our host, who has been very accommodating and caring, for giving us a wonderful experience. I've rented cabins across the country and you will not find the luxery you get for this price. We are now going to make this a Spring and Fall destination.

Clean and cozy!

Porch space was great to sit and relax and enjoy the peace and quiet while grilling. Loved the hot tub! Beautiful interior. And the heated bathroom floors were a nice added touch.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay ! Adorable cozy and clean cabin in a quiet location, situated in a beautiful wooded setting - just what we wanted ! Bonuses included were the fun board games and cards for entertainment , comfy throws for curling up on the sofa , hot tub and the heated bathroom floors ! Also appreciated the nearby walking path that led to the Shangri-la resort where we could relax and enjoy the fun amenities ,grab a bite to eat or a coffee at the Monkey Grind! Would love to bring our kiddos with us next time!

We had a great stay here for a weekend golf trip at Shangri La. The cabin was very clean and well maintained and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall very nice. Only thing that would be nice is to add a gas grill instead of a charcoal one.

The Twin Retreat Cabin was great for our family of 4! The accommodations were clean and nice with everything we needed. The property manager Josh was super responsive and helpful. The check in and check out process was easy. My kids loved the loft, hot tub, golf cart, and kayaks. Great location too! We were so close to Grand Lake and boat rentals, as well as Shangri-La Resort and the wonderful restaurant Shebangs. Would love to stay here again!

Came up to Monkey Island for a 2-day/2-night stay and the Twin Retreat exceeded our high standards. Exceptionally clean, almost brand new, and well stocked with amenities. The heated floors in the bathrooms are a nice touch. Several public boat launch ramps nearby too. We have stayed here several times and keep it high on our favorites list. We will be back again.

We had an amazing three-night spring break at the Vrbo Twin Retreat! The location was perfect, and we had a blast playing Par 3, boating, enjoying the Shangri-La resort amenities, and watching the off-road racing at Little Blue state park. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the place was spotless. The showers were fantastic, with heated floors adding a nice touch. We also loved relaxing in the hot tub. Overall, a wonderful stay with great memories made!

It was everything we needed and more for our 10 year anniversary getaway!! Relaxation, All the amenities, And the heated bathroom floors were a huge plus!!

I gave five stars because the only negative thing for us was the construction going on (which the host can’t control). They don’t work on the weekend so if you are looking for true peace and quiet go on the weekend while construction is happening. Apart from that, it was so peaceful and quiet! The birds in the trees and back deck were so fun to watch. We loved being in the hot tub and relaxing. Host was easy to communicate with and we enjoyed just hanging out in the house and on the deck.

This was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at The Twin Retreat. The host was exceptional to work with and their hospitality refreshing. The host attention to detail and the beauty of the cabin was amazing. We have already recommended them to our friends and family and are looking forward to a return stay.

We were in town for a conference and had the opportunity to stay over for a relaxing night at the cabin. Everything was in top shape and the neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. We sat in the hot tub most of the evening and enjoyed the breeze. Great stay!

It was beautiful inside and out. The kids enjoyed the swing, firepit, and hanging out in the kid cave.

Property was exactly as described. Josh was quick to respond leading up to the stay and we had zero issues in the property. Property is close to multiple activities for every age. We will be staying again!
